Mmm...I love his voice when it gets all low and growly.  Even when angry.

Hmm isn't that DA2 trailer supposed to get out at Gamescom? And isn't Gamescom that one games convention with the most women around? We should be able to get that hint of 'give femShep/Hawke/whatevernewchar some love in trailers and similar' across. How many girls have missed the epicness of Kaidan just because they don't know ME has a 'female' option?

Here let me issue you your standard pitch fork and torch.  We like to keep those stockpiled just in case we have to march on Canada because BioWare turns Kaidan into another cameo.  Don't worry about lighter fluid or matches.  I have several jerry cans full and some strike anywheres.

OH, and here's your waders in case you decide to descend to the gutter level of the forum.  If you haven't discovered it yet, you soon will.

Oh thank you everyone. Usually people just ignore the new girl on forums. I'm so happy to see a difference.   And I'm not a vampire, thankfully.  I'm a ninja.

I've been poking around a bit at old pages, but it's great to officially be here. And with stuff. Yay. I will need those waders soon, I hope. I hope I don't have to use the pitchforks though.  That would just be mean for Bioware to let everyone who stayed faithful down.

But I have a question. It's been botehring me for two years ever since I heard it.

I couldn't, and I'm glad to know I'm not the only one, romance any of the new LI's. It just seemed wrong IMO. I told a friend that and was called weird, especially since it meant giving up a chance at increasing my gamerscore. This may have been touched on already, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

@Clover: Oh, you've reached the home of people who didn't bother with a romance, or at least not one for a primary Shep, with a few notable exceptions. (Mostly Thane run throughs, with a couple for Garrus. And I think Sia ran through a Jacob romance 'for science' and confirmed for us all that we wouldn't like it.)

Currently, Paramour is the only achievement I've not gotten in ME2. I'm working on a single femShep to get that. The Sheps I did import from ME1 wouldn't have worked with any of the ME2 LI with how I have them.

Attagirl, Joi. The same FemShep that got Kaidan killed in her ME1 game (*still sobs*) is the one that's going to get me the Paramour achievement--with Garrus. I didn't want to make an entirely new one... >_>

Yeah... Jacob is only good if you're a Renegade or a Cerberus sympathizer.

Haven't done Thane's yet.

Of the three, I prefer Garrus'.

When I started ME2, I assumed I'd play at least one of the romances for the achievement if nothing else.  (Although, to be fair, I also assumed they would be at least as compelling to me as the ME1 romance plot was).  None of them interested me from the start, so I didn't bother.

Of all the ME2 romances, the only one that has the slightest intrigue to me is Jack's, but I don't play male Shepards (yet?).  ...or... Morinth's, but I can't justify letting her live.  Heh.

There was a fic I did read today where Shepard had managed to save both Ashley and Kaidan on Virmire. Shepard sent Wrex with the Salarians. Wrex was shot 20 something times. And safely back on Tuchanka. I wish I could actually have that.
