@Sia: What? No! No dreading, stop that. (Evil, evil woman. Tease, even.)
@sirius: aww, thanks. We try. We like sharing the cute. *laughs*
You should know by now I don't do fluff for very long, Jilly.
I'm just warning y'all so I don't get tarred and feathered once the fit hits the shan in aPoV.
'The fit hits the shan' haha
Immediately makes me think of this lady;

and her darkside fits, wow. I'm keeping that phrase
Hey at least Bastila is marginally on-topic but still

major eyebrow!

Good Morning Sirius!!!!!!
hey night, i'm glad you were able to assist phoenix with conversation ideas. i was tapped out last night. if only she'd write some of this... sigh.
Hey! I'm making this Chapter long too because of you guys. But yea....You guy will hate me and love me for it
@ Sirius... Jilly helped first, mine was later, I think that Phoenix deserted me before that..... But Sirius.. Have your guns ready... Just in case .... for you know... if Phoenix gives the word that we can go in .... we are going to take care of Chavis... you're still with me ... right?
Phoenix...*giggles* I still have my sniper rifle loaded.... *twitches* ...and Sirius, Ruby and OdS can be ready at a moments notice....*squints eye* I would think very carefully about putting Chavis anywhere near a bedroom this time.... *laughs maniacally* ... yeah, that would be... bad... just saying.... and WITSEC won't help her...*giggles* ... yeah cause everyone here knows...*snickers* I am really good at finding .... things...*twitches... that need to be ... taken care of...yeah....
As for long chapters, have you read Panoplied 11 yet ... yeah then come and talk to me...

My characters have to go through hell first to get that happy ending, though.

Hey! Evening all.
I just found JenShep's post-Horizon anthem- Self Machine by I Blame Coco www.youtube.com/watch
Speaking of post-Horizon anthems...it's very rare that I associate a song with characters, but I was listening to one of my favorite albums yesterday and this one hit me liek woah!
New Order - Bizarre Love Triangle
Every time I think of you
I feel shot right through with a bolt of blue
It's no problem of mine
But it's a problem I find
Living a life that I can't leave behind
But there's no sense in telling me
The wisdom of the fool won't set you free
But that's the way that it goes
And it's what nobody knows
Well every day my confusion grows
Every time I see you falling
I get down on my knees and pray
I'm waiting for that final moment
You say the words that I can't say
I feel fine and I feel good
I'm feeling like I never should
Whenever I get this way
I just don't know what to say
Why can't we be ourselves like we were yesterday
I'm not sure what this could mean
I don't think you're what you seem
I do admit to myself if I hurt someone else
Then I'll never see just what we're meant to be

@Teen, Jilly & Shotty: There will be a (moderately) happy ending. I'm not Joss Whedon, after all.
My characters have to go through hell first to get that happy ending, though.
Thats always the best way to go, otherwise the happy ending is a moot point; hello...you were quite alright already anyway
Darn it I really need to get on with Act 2 of my fic but after my exams, my muse took a detour down Metal Gear Street and I haven't got it back enough yet to think about writing original Mass Effect stuff. If I tried, there would likely be random gekko, a cardboard box and a cataclysmic time paradox caused by Shepard and Naomi Hunter meeting

@Sia: *laughs* I am so injecting some extra fluff into our as-yet-untitiled-alternate-prophet story, you know that, right? And your angst is so good, so I forgive you. In advance, even. Cause I'm nice like that.
@Shotty: Hello! Lovely screenshot, that.
It's good to be forgiven.
I just thought of a really awful title. I'll PM it because it's just that bad.

But maybe for that I'll actually plan out the story instead of continually writing myself into a corner. The fun of writing inexperience, oh all the things I would have done differently in JBHWTBA if I had half a clue when I started it.

@Jilly - I know the ending point of JBHWTBA now too for the main story, it just is taking me awhile a well. Last chapter was supposed to be 1/3 of a chapter but then Kate got rolling on her list and it turned into its own chapter. Even after I finish the main story though I'll prolly do the occasional adventure of K&K to provide regular doses of fluff.

@Shenzi; I never do detailed plans either. I know where I am and where I want to go in my mind, but the middle bit just forms as I write. I think planning can help and hinder; it gives you perspective but if you stick to it too rigidly, you miss out on plot and details that just randomly occur because it feels right when you write.

BTW that's the fault of all of you guys who left me reviews, I just kept going "well maybe I'll move the ending point back to this point."
And staying on topic, used this pic a lot for inspiration.
