I have an unhealthy attachment to my guns. They're so awesome. Ever since I picked up AR training on that Insanity playthrough, I can't decide if I love my Geth Pulse Rifle more than my shotguns. They're both soo much fun.

Really thinking about re-writing that KOTOR fic, PM me if you want to beta-read a chapter.

Yeah I have to have my AR as well or I can't shoot anything, lol. thank goodness I can import ME2 characters if I want to start a new game and have the AR straight away instead of having to wait half way through the gmae to get it, lol.

which reminds me : I noticed in a playthrough that my shep was using an AR in a cutscene when I didn't even have one yet, lol. shades of Kaidan on Horizon

I perfer the Widow to anything else personally, but thats because with AP ammo you own.

Sentinel is so fun I just sit there and destroy any defence and let Garrus or Grunt clean up.

Soldier with bullet time was also good.

For my next run (romanced Kaikai) I dont know wheter to play an infiltrator or an adept.

I always play an infiltrator, sniper rifles are my best friend.

Tried a vanguard once and everytime I hit Charge it never worked o_O

I may need to try all the other classes later on in ME2, played them all in ME1 except engineer.

Vanguard is a very aggressive playstyle. I'm trying to incorporate some of that into my story. At least in the flashbacks.

I'm fairly certain that field medic training for Kaidan in regards to Vanguards was something like:

"Vanguards. They're aggressive. Reckless. And stubborn. Just do what you can to repair their asses if they survive."

I tried all the classes in ME1 but really preferred the adept, hated my engineer playthrough and had to force myself to finish it, lol. In ME2 I pretty much just stick to adept or sentinel.

I have an unhealthy attachment to my guns as well.  I have an AR-15, a Mossberg 590,  an M&P 40, a 1911....oh whoops.  You meant in game.  My bad.

I shot an AR-15 before, pretty cool gun.

On a side note Heavy Warp is so OP in game. It wipes any tier 1 baddie out. Its like firing a freaking mortar at people.

I think Vanguards in ME1 could be very tactical.  Save a throw for a horde, use lift for those sneak krogan health bars that like to bounce back up to half when they hit the ground, but that's a very apt description for ME2, especially with the new move charge.  The only things that can get you into trouble faster than charge are tequila, computers, and hand grenades.

Yeah I didn't like the biotic playthrough as much ... she died so much easier then my soldier, and she couldn't even get through Pinicle station.. my soldier breezes through that...

Morning All!  Looks like you were busy last night!

I'm writing her... definitely like myself in some ways, or what I imagine I would be like if I were in her position.  But this is getting off-topic.  We can continue discussing writing Revan via PM if you wish :)

In the meantime,

Just need to see about maybe fixing the clothes on my character in my fanart before I export it and get it ready for DA.  No Kaidan (not yet, at least) but there is Mia.

Awesome pic!

DO you think that Kaidan could forgive shep over giving the base to cerberus?

Not an issue with me since I cant give that booger of a rascit that base.

Did give the old eat my shorts, but no base.

Depends how persausive Shepard's argument is, but I think it would be a sore point between them.  Kaidan would see it as giving Cerberus an advantage over the Alliance in terms of technology (which they seem to have in some areas anyway).
My Shep could see the merits of the argument for keeping the base, but there was no way she wanted Cerberus to get their hands on it, so it got destroyed and TIM was told to take a hike.  Even my renegade Shep destroyed the base for the same reason.

I want to see what happens if you keep the base, but I'll probably do when I made an unfaithful Shep since her relationship with Kaidan is likely screwed anyways.  Posted Image

UrbanPhoenix:
I put my two sense in there....personally i think people need to open up a bit. Not all video game guys are going to be macho-badass people...

The romantic lead male characters aren't really designed for guy players.  They are the romantic lead--i.e. they designed for the female players to carry on a romance with.  Women want their men like Kaidan and Thane--hot, strong, badass, and also sweet and vulnerable at the same time.
And I don't understand why there is this continual bashing of like Kaidan and Carth.  Ya know what?  Your team has 6-10 characters on it.  If you don't like the character, don't take them with you.  That's why there are so many.  Problem solved and stop your b****ing.

@AkodoRyu :  Go ahead and tell us your opinion, there's more than one of us and i"m sure we can round it back to Kaidan with a pic or two.  Posted Image

Fire Eye
... huh.

You know, that reminds me that once I wondered that if a Shepard romanced Kaidan instead of Liara, whether she would harrass him for his memories after she died.  Possibly in exchange for a glance at what Liara might have picked up on while in Shepard's head.

... Telepaths, eh?  Posted Image

Intersting thought.  I don't know that Kaidan would go for it.  That would probably be too intimate for him since (besides Shepard) he likes to keep to himself.

survive without my warp and throw or shockwave, lol. I rely on my biotics more than my guns, lol

I have an adept and I totally agree.  Pull works well, too.  I like taking out people with good biotics as well.  I guess there's more Jedi than trooper in me.  I like powers better than blasters, too.

I've got a renegade femShep that sacrificed the council, made Udina councillor, and saved the Collector Base. She's pretty pro-Cerberus though (as she is a Xenophobe). She renegaded Kaidan, and she was uninterested in pursuing relations with Jacob (as he wasn't her type). I'll find out how Kaidan reacts to the decision to keep the base.

I liked to start ME1 fights with Lift. After you do the Lunar base mission and grab Nemesis as your specialization, pretty much everything in a 5m radius of where you centered it would fly into the air. Then it was target practice.

Morning everyone!

Chem, I would say the third option, from what I can see on my monitor. Are you making BDUs? If so, please share the results!!!

I'm trying to make the Alliance uniform (which has both my husband and mother in law making fun of me. I'll show them.) Everyone's doing armor, figured I'd be different. But BioWare had to go and pick the most obscure blue analogue camouflage pattern ever so I'm trying to find the closest matches possible to do the swaths of camo.

My Mom knows a store where you can scan a fabric and they make it for you, Have to be in Winnipeg though sadly. They have a machine that takes a swatch and can search a huge database for it. We used it in my High School production of the Wizard of Oz to get Dorthoys dress.

Oh that sounds awesome.  Wish they had an online store.

I say the third one looks the closest.
