TEAM: OH DEAR!!!

SHEP: WWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

<Shep charges over 1000 feet face first into Coluses>

Kal: He just didnt..

Garrus: He just did.

Zaeed: Thats god damn suicide.

<Coluses blows up, and geth go off team rocket style>

Shep: I AM A SEXY SHOELESS GOD OF WAR!!!!

Kratos: hey!

I actually designed Kate's personality around how I play her in combat, didn't realize at the time that the crazy was mostly a universal constant with all Vanguards.

No, Starbuck is her own breed of crazy. It takes something extra special to be her.

I think charge is a special skill only for Shep. And I can see it bothering Kaidan.

Shep: Hang on a sec *charge*

Kaidan: Wait! What? Ah hell. Suppressing fire. *Shepard proceeds to fight crazy in the middle of a bunch of mechs and mercs.* Dammit Shepard you charge your fine ass right back here!

*Shep charges back into his arms with an ooff*

Shep:You say something?

I have an unhealthy attachment to my guns. They're so awesome. Ever since I picked up AR training on that Insanity playthrough, I can't decide if I love my Geth Pulse Rifle more than my shotguns. They're both soo much fun.

Funny how that goes.  I didn't think I could survive without Slam but I restarted my soldier - she's on Veteran mode right now and I'll also use her for an insanity playthrough.  No biotics but I've become very attached to my sniper rifle (my AR too but the sniper rifle even more).  I love lining up shots - especially using adrenaline and picking off baddies from a distance.  *Tris huggles her Widowmaker*

Charge really only reinforces the crazy.

Okay ... crazy might work for Ariana... maybe I will try that on a playthrough... According to Shenzi, she is already mean... Posted Image

The fact that Meg hasn't imploded the universe is impressive! Posted Image

All Shepards are crazy in their own way. None are sane.

Nah, I'm sure that there are some very sane, boring Shepards out there.

Well, they may not all be boring, but they may not be as interesting as the crazy.

I think It would be cool in 3 if you could say "Im commander and this is my favourite man/woman/asari in the galaxy". Wishful thinking but would be cool.

I'd love to see Kaidan's face the first time he goes through the Citadel and hears that.

Probably make him a sad fella hearing that all over the place if Shep dumps him.

My main Shepard is a Vanguard. Charge is the most ridiculously useful skill I've had in ME2 so far.

My Insanity run was done as a Vanguard as well. Because Vanguards are crazy.

Oh do I have an insanity Vanguard story for you!  It was at the end of Garrus's loyalty mission when you're fighting those two YMIR mechs.  I literally used up every single bit of ammo I had and one of the mechs was still standing, though I had taken out its shields and about 90% of its armor.  Garrus was down and Jacob was the other person on my team (don't ask me why).  So what do I do?  I charge in and use that narrow window of opportunity granted by my recharging shields to melee its armor down.  Then I have Jacob pull the mech so I could continue to melee it.  Only, the pull was wearing off and it still wasn't dead, so I started freaking out.  Then I remembered that I had pull as well.  After I won the battle, I just sat there laughing for about a minute, thinking did I seriously just kill a YMIR mech with melee?

Vanguards are tanks.  One reason they're nuts.

Pull on Shepard is great... I use a purely biotic vanguard and rely on squadmates for ammo powers. With the new armor they released.... it gives you enough weapons damage, shield bonus and melee strength that you can max your biotics.

@Joi: LOL, I only accidentally charged them. I ultimately found a spot where Garrus and Miranda could help me destroy them - but my ammo was running low. I think the Collector Ship was the only time I ran out of ammo.

A vanguard with Grunt is unstoppable.   I never get tired of this video.

Here is a pic of my Sentinel and build I used:

I like this build, breaches any defence, some CC, and with a weapon I can end anything dumb enough to close.

I'm running on this usually, soon I'm going to try the Drain version :) No problems at all. I never use cryo, so I see no point putting SP there. Earlier I was using Guardian (On Insanity) instead of Raider (Hardcore relaxing gameplay). Sniper rifle spec.
