Hey for those of you who waited. Chapter 10 Of Suave Remnants is up! Poker Face.

As you can see I've adopted a different way of naming the chapters. I'll be naming them after songs that are in my playlist that i have named BioticFlare...that pertain to that Certain Chapter...or atleast I am hoping it does. LOL if not just for the hell of it.

Edit: Before you guys get to the cliffhanger end....and the part you will all kill me for here's a pre-emptive Sexy Kaidan.

urban - thanks for fic update, if i were you, i'd probably disappear before night shows up.

for taking our LI on a date, if it were shore leave, i'd say bungy jumping in new zealand followed by a picnic, it's adventurous, it also hasn't got the noise factor that would cause Kaidan headaches, though the act of bungy jumping might cause that in some people. though Kaidan has endured the mako....

you might be right urban but be careful, every time she mentions the Ch word, she seems to start talking like a volus, that's not a good sign:(

Do you think Kaidan or Wrex or Liara or whomever from the old Squad could come back and join us in ME3? Maybe not Wrex but ya. With 12 squadmembers, how likely is it? Think they'll off someone first from the ME2 squad before ME3 starts?

I think it's highly likely that the VS and Liara will be back. I don't think Wrex will be back; he was a special cameo just for ME1 people. From the ME2 squad, I don't think the dlc characters will be back, but I'm not sure about the other squaddies.

I don't think there was a right or wrong with Virmire... a lot of us in this thread loved Ash and the decision was difficult. But when it's chicks vs dicks, the dicks win 

I wouldn't like it if the DLC characters aren't back. I mean I would understand, but as you can see in my sig...I want Kasumi back. She was funny.

Ya, and Zaeed's the man. He's like the awesome 'Nam vet grandpa you wish you had.

Morning everyone, I really like when I can sit down and enjoy the coffee while catching up on the thread

@Jacob: I don't know what to think about him anymore. It is very rare for me to take him on missions, and I tried to be neutral in my opinion about him, but yesterday (the "next Normandy gets a lounge" blah blah), I've talked to him about his determination before the suicide run, and I've checked all the convo options. Turns out that he's a normal person, hah, even feels more dependable than half of the crew! Now I'm all confused XD



@romantic date, evening, whatever: Marge wouldn't know what to do. She doesn't have things "she likes" apart from her work. She wouldn't know what to do with herself on a day off, not to mention "dates". But she would be glad to kick everyone else but Kaidan off the ship for a day and spend the time doing probably something mundane. But on the ship she knows. With Kaidan

Other rant: I've hacked my savegame and added some paragon points to redcuit Morinth for 5 minutes (to unlock her skill, lol). I don't know if I'm paranoid, or Samara is a really tricky lady. No matter how much I understand why Morinth must die, I started to feel pity for the poor girl. She doesn't seem to be a maniacal serial killer to the core anymore. I hate shades of gray. I hate them.
Of course save file went to the land of eternally erased bytes...

@Just_mike: Sorry, but I don't have sliders for her in ME1 She's easy to create, a slightly modified version of default Jane TBH. Didn't saved the code in ME2 too, I have just the headmorph

If you use gibbed's save editor, you can get the facecode from there when opening one of your saves.

I will never recruit Morinth. From all I've read, she will kill Shep, no matter how much she tills him that he can survive a night with her. And she can't have kids anyway, so she is not the asari future. I don't feel sorry for her. Not the slightest bit. I will always choose Samara over Morinth!

Yeah, but the displayed code belongs to the face I overwrote. I've made some tweaks since then, forgot to save the code and erased the savefile where I tweaked.

Edit: You know, I'll just fire the game up and create new char, just to be sure.
Edit2: Yup, it's the old code. But now I wonder, if I had the correct code, do I realy want to share it? I can share saves, but the code?... hmm...

I like Morinth a little more than I like Samara.  Unfortunately, I can't justify the "Morinth will be more useful to me. *BETRAYAL!*"

why is it that alot of the ME2 squad are shady in some way? is it because shady types can be expendable? and to relate this back to Kaidan, how would he react to morinth? or another question, how would morinth react to him?

I was going to make the joke about Morinth trying to seduce him, but then it occurred to me that he's not really her type.  She doesn't seem to kill just anybody - she seems to go after ... um... *thinks* more Byronic types?  Or at least, kinda... more self-destructive or death-obsessed people.
