i take it that he thinks he can manipulate shep to his heart's content, keep him/her dancing to his tune. again, so megalomaniacal (um, spelling?) that he can't even imagine that someone as awesome as shep wouldn't bow down to someone as awesome as HIM.

Maybe.  And it's likely he has something (intelligent or convoluted) up his sleeve that'll show up come ME3.  At least, I hope he does.  Because if he brought Shepard back without a contingency plan and got the Collector base blown up, then he's... well.  Not nearly as intelligent as he's supposed to be.

Then again, my Shepard probably wouldn't have gotten too far past the "we need your help on Freedom's Progress" conversation before walking out the nearest airlock and costing him his investment.  As it was, her response to tIM's "some people might've said we went too far in bringing you back," was, "Yeah; I'm one of them."

had not noticed the color difference. actually, that's just that one pic she turned indigo. i love that shot - not quite sure how i got it, but barrier was involved. i do miss the old barrier, for all it's crazy texture-shredding loveliness.

and i hope you revive from the other ones. gotta love ah...hitting the relay....

I can't stop listening to M4 Pt I. It brings feeling of awaiting, growing tension. No matter how I love Faunts for their music, they will be marked with ME forever now XD
Here, if anyone wants to listen too.

@Kaidan and the base. I think he would consider keeping it for the Alliance. I may be influenced, because I still hear Mordin's words: many died because of this, but keeping it may make their death mean something.
I still blew it to the hell and will do it again everytime, even if just to spite TIM.

@Nicknames: there was this small thing in FO3 where in documents and records people used the Vault Dweller's first name. I liked that. But, nevermind.
It was always "Shepard" and it always will be for me. I can't imagine Marge being called different way. Thou I can totally hear Sbarge saying "Marge", I can't hear Kaidan calling her different than "Shepard" or "Commander".

Yeah, I'm a blockhead, no imagination >_>

@Ako...your pics are absolutely beautiful. I had to put both of them next to each other, the black and white up against the color and I still can't decide which I like better. The color is beautiful, but there is something stark in Kaidan's face in the b/w that is captivating. Very well done.

I also loved that red number you did, so a belated tres cool on that one as well.

Huh.  Never heard of Faunts before ME, and even then it was only that one song.  I never thought to actually look into any others, but... I think now I'm gonna have to. 


Also, some hands-on Kaidan.  Because I can.

Why must you tease us Phoenix. From what you described of Chavis' dress i got the impression she was trying maybe a bit too hard to look good.  I'm looking forward to Chavis being pissed off

Hehe, thanks JaerWolfe, all the writers and other artists in our thread did so much already, might as well join them and not just keep it inside like I usually do. It's helpfull when I cannot express something with words too.
What's inreresting, sketches like these one are drawn spontaneously, because my "planned" drawings just doesn't go the way I want them to be. Thus those sketches are more "dirty" and sometimes more worth showing, even if sloppy, smudged or whatever, of course I have more problems coloring them, but this one... I just cleaned it a bit and corrected scanner lines...
What can I say more. Maybe I just needed to see him looking at her this way

If you guys wonder why I'm so flustered about it, I'm a shy boring person generally and don't take praises the way normal human would take. Personal issue, working on it. But better to be clear with it than leaving you impression that you did something wrong. Or that I'm nuts o_O
