Fraternization rules are in place to avoid the situation that Virmire puts you in: MISSION VS LOVER or BEST FRIEND over Mission what have you.

Also arguing against the pro cerberus crew is a blast since they are so rude yet call me rude the whole time.

How is this for my sig: LOOKS LIKE TEAM CERBERUS IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!

Just asked my Gpa (45 years in the PPCLI)
-Fraternization is just not nookie times, it is also officers being friendly and hanging out with NCO's. or someone making friends with a person of a lower rank in general. Sexy times are also included in here as well.

...yeah.

Technically, Shepard couldn't be friendly with Ashley at all without risking Shepard's reputation.  Kaidan would be okay (I heard, "within two ranks" is the general rule of thumb), except that he's in the chain of command.  Shepard romancing Ashley is the biggest no-no in terms of fraternization in the game (outside chain of command officers and NCOs can't have relationships, can't even be married now, and if I'm not mistaken, even if an NCO takes a commission after the relationship is on).

I'm not sure if Jacob is referring to sexytimes or just being friends when he accuses Shepard of getting too friendly.  Ken uses it right when he says something like, "I'm surprised someone like you would come all the way down here and fraternize with us!" if you play cards with him and Gabby.

But then... The Alliance Military is not the US Military.  And some things are a lot more lax, as has been mentioned.

How is it going?... I´m just getting ready to play some ME:-) Kaidan, Wrex and my femshep are still on Zhu´s Hope and are getting ready to fight the Thorian. I play Vanguard and I have to admit, after I despised the Shotgun at first, I start really to enjoy it now ...lol...

My game character and my ff character are as similar as possible. She misses the Alliance - after all, she's been part of it pretty much all her life (spacer) but she also knows that it wouldn't be the same if she returned.
I always remember Jacob's comment before the first mission, when he says that most Alliance soldiers wouldn't even give him/them a chance - so no more Alliance. I think she'd prefer to work independent (lol... my worst possible idea...) and having connections in all possible directions to mobilize an army... thus: no problem with fraternization.
But yes... gaming char = ff char - hurray I am so incredibly creative and I am going to bed... before 3 am once in a long time. *poof*

Well phooey!  You pop in and disappear again like a puff of air!  Nice to see you however briefly, Ki!

I'm sneaky like that ^^
Besides, my posts are usually ignored on a large scale so it was the best MO I could come up with
BUT -it is now 2:54 am and to keep to my word, I will jump into bed right now. So good night! *poof*

P.S.: Just stumbled over this - tiny comment/interview on GameSpot

Anyone noticing his fingers going through her butt? LOL!

Btw... my predictions for ME3 for the ME1 LI if you were faithful. The LI will be a major help to your Shepard in someone only to be killed in the end for some reason. I don't know I just feel like they would do that...

Wait, no, I got it: the ME1 faithful LI will be a major help only to be killed off in the beginning and encourage you to move on, like they were unable to, with their dying breath, in order to push you towards the all new ME3 LI's.  Because Bioware learned what went wrong with pushing you towards the the all new ME2 love interests.

(... I think I'll stick to my ME1 replays, thank ye kindly...)

Quick query but I just compared:

The Pro-Cerbus camp as to the IMPERIUM OF MAN

and the Pro-Council camp to the FEDERATION.

Am I way off, or is this semi-close?

Its just trying to argue with those people is a waste of time, those who fight trolls should beware lest they themselves become trolls.

:o

where are said cerberus people at? I've never seen any.

EDIT

Though I wouldn't consider myself PRO Cerberus... My views are similar to Jacob on them. I just cannot see the Alliance any better, but if I could use both them for resources and intel, I gladly would so I could save their butts.
