Alas for Horizon, for I can see more of Kaidan in ME1.

Kaidan's evil twin brother?

Omg, can I have both of them? In my quartes? *_*; That's a funny glitch anyways, like the squadmate following you on the ship.

@Return to the Alliance: It was Marge's only family since Midnoir, I bet she wants to go back, but the Alliance must redeem itself somehow first. She expect them to come around and prepare against Reapers now, not when they arrive at the gates. I'm not sure how it will go along with my new council.
But after all they did with her reputation?...
I don't think Shepard's return to the military ranks will push back her into Kaidan's arms immediately, well, it depends. If she remains the cool headed hero, there's no problem, but if BW decides to uncover something from under her shell, because right now, we all can just speculate and add things, altering her/his personality in the process (it's nothing wrong anyways, it's supposed to be an rpg at some point, yes?), things could get complicated.

They both know the regs and issues. They're both pros and proved soldiers. They will find their way around and between. If someone would be able to work relationship out in those circumstances, it must be them, I can't see another solution. If Shepard still needs that "arm", she will do anything to make it work. Don't ask me what, I seriously don't have such imagination :)

And some good action on Insanity. Ooh, I love those two last chambers with Scions.

No, really. XD

Good evening all

well i started a new playthrough of me2 recently because my infiltrator who i changed to a sentinel was screaming at me in disgust about that decision. so i deleted her sentinel playthrough and made her an infiltrator. anyway, i had to endure Horizon today which led to a motivational in my head

Posted Image
and i played the overlord DLC for the first time today which led to another motivational.

as you can probably guess, i'm in a sombre mood.

I don´t know if my femshep would want to rejoin the Alliance. Of course, she has been proud being in the Alliance, but at the end she was very dissapointed. She might just stay a spectre, so she is pretty much independent in her decisions...

not completely sure, i felt it could've used more dialogue. especially just getting your team mates to respond would've been nice. the lack of shields on the hammerhead was annoying. story wise it was alright, i think it could've been better though.

ok question time, if we had the option to respond to Kaidan's letter, how would your shep respond? would she send a heartfelt letter back? would she try and get kaidan on the comm system? would she send a meeting time and place and hope he comes?

When I got Kaidan's message, the first thing i wanted to do was respond - was gutted that you couldn't. I think my Shep would send a heartfelt message back, though it would be nice to get him on the comm system and meet up with him. Perhaps if they messaged each other then built it up to speaking on the comm then meeting up. Building it up gradually.

My Shepard's reply would be a schizophrenic jumble of "I never wanted to see you/I wanted to see you/I want to see you again/I never want to see you again."  It would be sent from a Wards public access terminal, from a public account, and probably end up in Kaidan's spam folder next to the offers of natural male enhancement for asari.

I wrote a letter to Kaidan I just wasn't able to send it so I posted it instead- it's an angry little thing - because the thing that bothered that Shep the most was that he turned his back on her -

Ya wanna read it - click on my fics - it's there - it's called Argument.

Edit: cause obviously when i am at work I can't spell.

Alexis wanted to write something to Kaidan, but she could never quite find the words. Plus, Anderson's words to her before the Omega 4 Relay (from my fic) reinforced that contacting him agani before returning from the suicide mission would be a bad thing.

If she had sent him a message though, it would have been short:

You make me feel human too.

I don't know if anyone's done it before and I didn't know which Harbringer line to use, but it made me laugh.  At least, when first I thought of it, it did.

Marge would send a short apology, a warning, and a clear signal that she never stopped caring about him and hopes needs to see him again. No forcing him to understand, no explaining. No letter would be good for that.

Oh, I hate timezones.

Night - i think i've read that one already. thanks for pointing it out though.

sapphy - i just have to say the short response, awwwww. that would be so sweet

fire - love the motivational, very cute.

ako - love that pic and your new avi, the fact that you have a blinking shep in your avi makes me feel technologically dumbstruck.

personally, i'm not sure how my sheps would respond to the letter.

responding to the letter are we?

Ella's response would be rather threatening actually... "I don't want a way out, you f*****g idiot. I will finish this d*mn mission, dump Cerberus, and then I will find you."

Catherine would've had to wait to see what really happened with her crew and the mission, so she would've just replied back "Maybe I'd like that" and then tried to set up a face-to-face post Omega-4. She was much more heartbroken than Ella by Horizon, so she's much less sure they can make it work, or even if she wants to try. And she really likes Thane... haven't decided quite how far that's going to go for them, but a total reboot of her life is very tempting for her.

None of my Sheps' want to go back to the Alliance. After she died they made her look like she was crazy but, that didn't stop them from using her as a poster girl for recruitment ads Posted Image And now that Kaidan outranks her I think that he is going to use that as a way of trying to keep some sort of space between them. He may only be with her if she is only a Spectre and not a part of the Alliance.

I'm definately not rooting to be with Cerberus I mean with all of the nasty things that they do I'm more like wtf. I don't know why but, I have this feeling that even if Shep gets back with Kaidan they won't get that happily ever after because, Shep is going to sacrafice herself to save the galaxyPosted Image

On the Overlord DLC...I actually enjoyed it. The end made me want to cry, even my renegade Shep was angry at what she saw and people actually want to work for Cerberus in ME3 Posted Image

*Sorry I forgot to say goodmorning/evening to everyone* Posted Image

Re: The Letter:

Meg will probably never respond. She has no words for what she actually wants to say and she's not the most eloquent of women anyway.

Avery sent a letter back before entering the O4. It said, simply, "I'd like that."

Pfff. Maybe I'll just use Cerberus and take over the universe with an Iron Fist in ME3. There better be a rule the universe option >:(

@ Batteries: yeah: "Kaidan, don't you see? We don't have to runaway anymore. I am more powerful than the Ilusive Man, I can overthrow him! And together you and I can rule the galaxy, make things the way we want them to be!"

o.O Wait a minute...

This one is more bandwidth friendly. She's gonna blink at you now :F

I'm quite sure Cerberus monitors Shepard on SR2, but why do I get the feeling she doesn't really care? Or do the writers want me to think that way? I'm not sure what question I want to ask. She "trusts" the crew, while no response to Kaidan's letter may suggest her wanting to keep him away. There's a lot of contradictions I'd like to understand.
