As for Jacob I've always had my suspicions about him. He apparently works for an organisation that he says he doesn't trust and knows they are terrorists (or course this could just be because he's a glory hound), he still has access to top secret Alliance stuff even though he's supposedly no longer with the Alliance and been branded a troublemaker, and presumably they would know he's with Cerberus. Something just doesn't ring true for his character for me, or maybe I'm just reading too much into it, lol

but it still would NOT make any sense of femshep's bizarre reaction to him. unless you were to tell me that mordin had put an aphrodisiac into his jumpsuit as an experiment

On the old D&D scale of alignment where does Kaidan fall? To me he is a solid Lawful Good.

Neutral good, leaning a little to lawful good. 

I can't say he's 100% lawful good though because he helped Shepard commit mutiny and agreed with it in ME1.
