About the picture in Shephards cabin, maybe Kelly? She could think it will help you, being all caring about the crews emotions and what not. Or maybe Anderson somehow smuggled Joker a copy of his pic. o_ó (still confused about him having a pic of Kaidan on his desk...)
...Oh, and that picture of Kaidan in the uniform.... :3
i was thinking the same why Anderson has Kaidan pic ??
About kaidans pic in Shep cabin i always thought that shep put that photo it was just too troublesome for devs to give us a cutscene

Confession time...can I admit I haven't read anything really in years...I remember reading Dragonriders of Pern and the Foundation Trilogy and numerous other books when I was younger but I couldn't tell you a thing about them now. I was a big Stephen King fan...his earlier stuff I can remember...I think I stopped reading his stuff for the most part after Delorias Claiborne (I think that was it)...yes I like weird, twisted, and dark stuff. Also like V.C. Andrews...Flowers in the Attic...etc. All I read nowadays is fanfic...shenko fanfic...or Kaidan centric.
LOL, I was a big fan of Isaac Asimov, but it's been at least 15 years since I read anything of his, and I couldn't tell you the plot of the Foundation Trilogy now to save my life.
I used to be a big non-fiction and biography fan too, but in the past few years I've limited myself to "fluffy" books. Last year I read the Sookie Stackhouse novels and the Harry Dresden series and that was it. I guess I need more fantasy and fun in my entertainment these days.
And I had only dabbled in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Harry Potter fanfic in the past. The quality of fanfiction varies SO wildly, half the challenge is in finding good authors. I started getting addicted to Shenko oriented ME fanfiction a few months before the game came out. I was so ready to have Kaidan back on my team, it was devastating to hear the truth.

Foundation story started with I, Robot didn't it? It was a collection of short stories. I LOVED that book. It was like a series of mini sci-fi mysteries. Too bad the quarians didn't have robotic laws.TeenZombie wrote...

1. No robot may cause a human harm or through inaction allow a human to come to harm.
2. Basically it has to follow your commands.
3. Self-preservation has the lowest priority.
Then again, maybe the quarians heard an old Asimov radio broadcast and plagarized the laws. That was the problem. All the geth couldn't harm humans but they were allowed to do whatever they wanted to quarians!

Kaidan loves to swim. He beckons you to join him.
This was inspired by me first misreading the biotic sex god pic as "Biotic Sea God."

Naw, I'm just kidding man. Actually, I listen to a lot of books on tape in order to prevent me from instigating a road rage incident in the ridiculous traffic to and from work. I still love to read for myself and do so as often as possible though.

Well, glad I'm not the only one, heh... I do like reading, I just find it easier sometimes to have someone read it too me. Hence an audiobook.
And I have a feeling this page is going to make me expend all my 'no ******'s

Same here actually, it's probably been a year soon since I last read a proper book. Besides, you can get stuff done while listening to the audiobook, only your hearing is busy... hands and eyes are still free! I listen to a lot of audiobooks and also erhm radio theatre? It's great at any rate.Doug84 wrote...

You should try the 'Escape pod' podcast - a short sci-fi story every week for free; and they have a horror and fantasty podcast too.

It was the pink armor. The PINK ARMOR! And the crotch straps. No one in their right mind would stick a wpn in there. It'd be pointed right at everyone's favorite organs. It I were in the Alliance, I'd go with a drop leg holster in my casual uniform. (funny factoid, there is a company called SPECTRE that makes a drop leg holster.)MICHELLE7 wrote...

And Doug, don't worry. For being manly enough to endure this thread, you get unlimited "no ******'s." Plus I'm sure Biotic Warload will lend you all his spares he doesn't use!
As for the books on tape, like I said, I like reading better, but they definantly have their uses. My temper and traffic aren't exactly miscible (as evinced by me ripping Doug's head off.) Plus, sometimes, I like to pretend, if you get a really good narrator, that I'm listening to an old 1950s radio broadcast. Easily done if I'm listening to classic science fiction. You know, Orwell, Asimov, Bradberry, Wells...the giants.
