Mordin's got Neural Shock though, doesn't he? Dang, it's been awhile since I played. And I never did get Kasumi, so if she's got Sabotage, I guess that means we need a new idea for a unique trait. Darn again.

The third tier of overload adds the secondary  effect  of sabotaging weapons.
It only works when their health is exposed; it forces them to reload. Its dumb and its never the most effective thing to do, but it is essentially sabotage.
Kasumis grenade does this (much much better) also

Indeed - Kasumi's flashbangs are excellent. Still, a tad ninja-like for Kaidan, methinks. Sabotage would be great in theory, but wouldn't it just take a reload to get rid of the heat?

Well, obviously they'd have to adjust the sabotage so it worked a bit differently than in 1.  I just forgot higher-level overload sorta did what the old sabotage was for originally.  Did that sentence make any sense?  It's just, he needs something unique ... *shrugs*  And I suck at combat-imagination today, so ...

FireEye: what about some kind of tech that interferes with opponents' biotic amps??? Although it might feel a little strange for him to do something he'd enjoy so little were it done to himself. (Yet surely this also applies to, oh, I don't know, shooting people?)

And, wasn't that what damping was supposed to do in ME1?  Does anyone have something similar in ME2?  Cause that could work really well, actually.  Not needlessly torturous, just effectively debilitating.

Aw, Kasumi stole all our good ideas?  I really do have to get her DLC eventually ...

Something biotic-y then, so she can't have it.  But tricky, to go w/his wide range of interests.
