Well, given their metabolism, a biotic would be more likely to drink hot chocolate in the morning.

I could see Kaidan enjoying a hot chocolate more than coffee, especially after the mission on Noveria lol.
Here's a question: On Horizon we saw a stronger and more vocal side to Kaidan. Do you think Kaidan will mellow out again in ME3 after (hopefully) talking things through with Shepard? Or do you think his character has grown beyond that now, and we get to see his character progress further?

"Mom was right, I should have brought a sweater." - i lost count how many times i clicked on kaidan to hear him say that line.Ellest wrote...

A lot has changed for Kaidan in over two years. He's been promoted twice, and he is no longer Shepard's subordinate. I don't want him to be a completely different character, but I do hope his leadership position, and the fact that fraternization is no longer a concern, is reflected in his dialogue. I'd expect him to still be reserved with the rest of the crew, but more open with Shepard, after they've talked about Horizon and worked things out.
This does bring up an interesting conundrum for the other VS. Ash is enlisted. Doesn't matter how many times she gets promote, unless she goes through an occifer ascension program, she's a subordinate.Aslanasadi wrote...

Tha'ts funny. I learned how to drink tea "correctly" when in the U.K. also. Cream, sugar, all that.sagequeen wrote...
i used to be a tea addict when living in the UK. but no one in the states can make tea worth a darn.
i would be as bad an addict as kyrie if i could, but i don't have the metabolism to deal with as much coffee as a biotic would drink. i'd just be hands-shaking on that much caffeine.

I don't like bagged teas. Loose leaf is better.
I don't drink coffee. But for some reason I had both Kaidan and Kimbri drinking it. Probably because of time. Coffee would always be made and available on a ship. Tea has to steep and often they just wouldn't have that kind of time.

I agree with all of you on the Kaidan growth thing. I like that he's more outspoken--like he's more sure of himself. He always spoke freely with Shepard but had to and I think wanted to defer to her as well. I don't like that Horizon separates them. But I do like seeing Kaidan more forceful--standing up against such a strong/charismatic personality as Shepard and holding his own. Its very attractive on him.

I think we decided it was probably curly vice slicked back. Per chance someone whould PM the writers and ask what Kaidan's true hair type is?Jade5233 wrote...

The cut scene before Horizon he's just really...jumpable.
*sigh* I guess I can't really shouldn't be upset with Lillith for checking him out in that scene or being interested. I mean, the woman's only human.
I'd like to see Kaidan with his hair mussed for once rather than slicked back so perfectly all the time--a little hanging down in his eyes would be sexy.

It has to be purposeful authority though, not "waaaaaa bad things happened to me! I will take it out on the world now." I mean, he handled the Vrynus disaster when he was a teenager emerged all right. He should be able to cope even better as an adult.Batteries wrote...

No. I think he needs to stay the way he was on Horizon. He grew and needs to show it.
