My femshep prefers Jeans, T-shirts and sneakers...

2)Kaidan: reading, sports and everything what has to do with technology...
My femshep: reading, history and puzzles... things which are helping her to relax

Also, jeans have been around for about 150 years, if I'm not mistaken.  I don't see them going anywhere anytime soon.

Yay questions:

Kaidan: Jeans/Khakis and solid color t-shirts
Shepard: low rider pants (Jeans or black dress), variety of tops (depends on mood: t-shirts, tank tops, button up dress - to name a few)

2) Does Kaidan have a hobby? Your Shep?

Kaidan: Reads (fiction & non fiction), watches old vids
Shepard: Plays piano, jogging/running, music in general

3) What is the major stumbling block to your Shep/Kaidan's relationship - if any. Bromances can have stumbling blocks, too. And I'm sort of thinking more than just "Cerberus" - obviously Cerberus, but why, exactly?

Gah, this one is hard to say because I see there be more than one major stumbling block. Some of which I can't really discuss at the moment (because they play heavily into ENF).

The major stumbling block that I think is apparent so far for Alexis and Kaidan would definitely be trust - even though they both kind of see where the other is coming from. There's been a lot of things said (and to a lesser extent done) that has rocked the trust that they used to have - and until they can find that again, it'll be hard for them to get back together.

1--Kaidan:  black v-neck stretch knit shirt, jeans (sometimes black jeans)
Kimbri casual form fitting shirt (step above tee, step below dress shirt), jeans/jean skorts

2--Kaidan:  I would think he'd still tinker with computer and tech stuff.  He probably likes quiet contemplation time somewhere with a good view, reading
Kimbri:  she hasn't let anyone see it but she does some crochet--it calms her nerves just getting lost in the pattern and letting her hands work, reading, beyond that there isn't really time for a hobby for her.

3--Neither of them comes out and says what they mean.  Kimbri tends to be a little more forthright and Kaidan's quiet contemplations sometimes drive her batty since then he can't exactly explain them to her.  She'd like him to learn to cut loose a little more, too.  She loves that he's self-controlled, but sometimes she feels he takes it too far--especially with her.  She'd like him to learn to just live life more often rather than thinking everything to death.

My main Shep is an outdoorsy, active type, who prefers jeans and tshirts or appropriate clothes for sports activities.  I'd imagine, like most everybody else, that Kaidan is similar, jeans or whatever the futuristic denim equivalent is.

2) Does Kaidan have a hobby? Your Shep?

He does seem to enjoy tech, and in my experience IT types love that stuff as a hobby too.  He also likes to read military / space adventures.  My Shep enjoys running, sailing, and hiking, and collects books and vids about historical and fictional female heroes.

3) What is the major stumbling block to your Shep/Kaidan's relationship - if any. Bromances can have stumbling blocks, too. And I'm sort of thinking more than just "Cerberus" - obviously Cerberus, but why, exactly?

Gwen really did care about the regs, even after Ilos and the Battle of the Citadel...so after they returned to the Normandy, they tried to keep their relationship strictly professional, with hope that someday they could pick up where they left off.  That wasn't working as well as she thought it would, and if she hadn't died, Shepard would have told Kaidan that she didn't care anymore, and she wanted to be with him no matter what.  Her plans were interrupted, though, and now, after Horizon, she is terribly sad, and worried that Kaidan thought that she didn't care as much as he did, because she never got the chance to tell him.

Kaidan:
Jeans and a button down shirt.  Cuffs and collar open.

Avery:  Anything she can move in.  Yoga pants and a small t-shirt or stretchy jeans and stealing one of Kaidan's shirts.  (Jeans are probably made of synthetic cotton in the future since the real stuff would be hard to come by and prohibitively expensive). 

Meghan:  Civvies?  What are those? 

2) Does Kaidan have a hobby? Your Shep?

Kaidan: Cooking, tinkering

Avery:  Dancing.  And contrary to game animations, she's damned good at it.  She's also addicted to crossword puzzles.   Trying to get Kaidan to teach her to cook.

Meghan:  Reading.  She's voracious.  Studies all martial arts she can get her hands on in her spare time.

Avery & Kaidan don't trust each other.  But any more than that and I'll spoil A Paragon of Virtue.

Meghan & Kaidan:  Meghan's emotional immaturity and Kaidan's need to leave a way out.  She's an all or nothing kind of girl, and he doesn't operate that way.  Cerberus was only a symptom.

It's just a rank.  BW wanted an extra rank in each LT and Cmdr and just stuck that word in the front.

I agree w/Sia and Joi, and the posting of Lady Winde's picture.  Jeans, button down shirt, worn loose.

Ella:  Sundress.  Or jeans.  Or sweats.  Depends on what she's up to.  (She also has quite the collection of flashy stilletos and sandals.  She likes shoes.)

Catherine:  Even her jeans are pressed; slacks/skirts and button-down shirts.  Sweats for when she's working out.  Plain black pumps, or plain white sneakers.  She doesn't like to worry about clothes.

Kaidan: tech-guy is always a tech guy.  Plus, he mentions reading sci-fi/genre/pulp fiction-y stuff.  I bet he likes a good old-fashioned western too.  He's enough of a gentleman that I think his mother forced him into ballroom dancing classes when he was young, too, so he likes a nice classy date when he takes a lady out. ^_~

Ella's version of dancing is mosh-pit/slamming around.  She is not sure what to make of this fancy ballroom crap Kaidan's trying to introduce her to in LfW. ^_~  She likes to read adventure stuff, and occasionally sneaks a romance when no one is looking, and loves to cook though she doesn't get much of a chance to anymore. 

Catherine reads non-fiction, mostly historical and military.  She's technically proficient at playing the piano and formal dancing, as her mother made her take lessons, but she puts no emotion into either, so she's not that much fun to listen to or watch.  She's a tech girl too, though, so she really likes to play with circuit boards, and other future equivalants.

Catherine used Kaidan as an emotional barometer, so to speak, without really figuring out her own.  When/if he lashes out emotionally, she loses it, and doesn't know what to think, or how to figure out what she's feeling.  Being so detached from her own emotions makes her hard to read for Kaidan too, who is not used to being the emotionally/demonstrative one in any relationship.

Ella and Kaidan have problems with the very things they find attractive about each other:  passion vs self-control, aggressive charge vs observation and planning, etc.  They're also really good at provoking each other into saying exactly the thing which'll hurt the other person the most, even before Horizon brought that to a whole new level.

So, you guys might not want to even discuss Garrus, Thane or even Jacob because you'll likely be quote-mined. --> I reckon they would both dress quite casually.  T-shirts and jeans / combat pants.

2) Does Kaidan have a hobby? Your Shep?
--> To be honest, I see them both as so work/duty-bound that they might have difficulty relaxing.  I imagine quite a bit of their downtime goes into keeping up to date with the latest tech / hacking advances.  But listening to music is a safe bet.  And, with their attention to detail, painting might be an option for both of them.

--> They are too similar in their reserve / need for self control.  The fact that they got together in defiance of Alliance regs at all was a small miracle. 

Also...  The new Kaidan chapter in Exitus?  Pure awesome.
