Heh, I can totally hear that in his voice.  I agree, though, that it's the little moments like that which really give Kaidan his humanity and three-dimensionality as a character.  And that is why I love him so much

Well, we know that he doesn't take much "shore leave" and he isn't in with fraternization until before Ilos.  So the poor guy probably needs some outlet. 
Besides, its probably Joker that forwards him the "good" sites.

Liara's not on the Citadel.  So she's not the doctor in question.

You may be right, Jade, but it's one of those things you don't want to think about applying to anyone you actually know. Yeah.  I know.  I would also rather think that he knows about those sites peripherally--like Joker forwarded them to his e-mail and clicked on it by mistake.  Or he just knows what the other guys in the barracks do in their spare time.
Something as involved as a "fettish site," though?  I would hope not.  He seems too straight laced and nice for that level of...entertainment.
