Same lines are here, at the wiki biotics talk, you probably already seen this. It's good to take a peek from time to time, because the discussion is still alive:jillyfae wrote...

galactic codex: essentials edition 2183 is where i'm getting this information:
what's that? Where's that? something special edition-y? Cause this...2171 - Shepard officially detected as a biotic and fitted with L3 implants at 17.
isn't something I've seen anywhere before. And is potentially quite neat.

Edit: Also thanks to all those that answered my question about secondary exposure. I'm not 100% in agreement with it, but it does help with our research.

I used to think every Shepard is a biotic and implanted by "default", just not everyone specialize.Collider wrote...
Hmm, are most of our Shepards biotics, then?

i thought this, too.
however, i was mostly referring to the fact that since kaidan is a biotic and sort of the "introduction" to the field of biotics in the games, that part of being a kaidan fan is to know something about biotics. or maybe that's just me thinking fanfic wise needing to read up on the codex so i'm not making up stuff in my head that's not there.
that's what i meant. clearly i'm not making sense.

Actually I remember Kaidan saying something about only Shepard being a more powerful human biotic than someone with L2s while I was playing a soldier.

I have no idea why this line was left in there for every Shepard.
But you're totally right.

I never got this line, and I've tried. I thought it was class specific.
My Shepard is not a biotic... as far as we know.

My single femShep Soldier got it. I thought maybe it was triggered because I had 1 pt in Lift for an extra specializaiton on her.

I like being a type of magic user in any RPG.sagequeen wrote...
biotics just rock. i'm going to put that out there that it's one of my favorite parts of the ME universe. it's like magic, but with clearly defined rules and none of the "Woowoo! i can fix everything with plot magic" that often magics end up doing to stories. yeah, i love it. and people glow blue. so hot.

So both of my Shepard here are a biotic--Kimbri is an Adept and Kara is a Sentinel.
I want to do a renegade Vanguard, too. No interest at this point in the other classes.

To bring this thread back on topic after my massive derailment, anyone else notice how Kaidan tends to linger in the comm room debriefing cut scenes? He is the last to get up from his chair after Shep dismisses the crew.
I HAD noticed that.
he's waiting for the muffins.
QFT! XD
I find it surprising, what with all the discussions about Kaidan's accurate birthday, that no one noticed the occasion of the come-and-gone page 2151?
Here's to you, you elusive birth-day'ed stud muffin!

I find non-biotic characters boring as hell to play. They also don't seem to go as well with a certain lieutenant.
...!
No, that's... accurate, I guess.
