Yes, you actually win it in a bet as the final prize (BioWare ruined this word for me) sort of for completing the DLC. There's not much to the DLC itself, you have Survival, Hunt, Time Trial and Capture modes and 4 maps that each mode is played on. Once you beat them all you get a unique mission for the bet and win the apartment. There's not really any story, but there is one rather funny character in it.

Indeed. I made a Hanar joke the other day about not knowing where my friend 'Hannah' was. It was met with blank stares, bar a laugh from my mates boyfriend, the only one who knows what I'm talking about most of the time.

Anyway, on a Kaidan note, showing some love for the marvelous arrangement of bum pixels! I am now imagining Shepard standing and observing very quietly as he bends over that bloomin' terminal, her head tilted to one side in appreciation...

My eldest teen is disgusted that I spend so much time on this thread, and reading the fanfic - he doesn't know I'm now attempting to write some, lol.  I asked him the other night to help me put a banner in my sig & his response was that he "wasn't contributing to the moral decay of western society"

A teenager said that!  I am suprised that a teenager said that, since I remember being that age. I was never like that to my mother.

Heya - I'm completely with you in regards to timezones, catch-up etc.  It just goes to show how er...morally degenerate... I've become that I arrived home from work and came straight here to catch up on all things Kaidan!

I loved your teen's comment.  My son (just turned...gulp...20) thinks it's hysterical that I play games and read fic.  But then again, he's the one who bought me an Xbox (and a pink for girls controller!).

If you'd like a beta reader, please send your fic along. I'm happy to look at it.

@ Mrs. Templar - the first thing I did this afternoon was read your fic.  It was very sweet and I really was glad to see Shep and Kaidan get their shoreleave.  Given Ilos and their obvious relief that both survived the fight with Saren in ME1, it would have been just plain sad to think that they didn't have at least a couple of days (and nights) together before heading back out into space.
