Hypochondriac?

The right and left hypochondriac regions are the upper right and left regions of the torso.  The Epigastric is the lower center region of the torso.

Look at the number pad on your keyboard and think of it as a human torso.  7 and 9 are the right and left hypochondriac regions.  2 is the epigastric region.

Well... Kaidan would know that.. being a medic and all.

^ poor random guy on fire in the background. i always felt really sorry for the girl with the crew cut in the first scene who just flies across the screen and then died. actually, she looked a little like my shep. maybe that was why...

I'm so jealous of the Liara fans getting this DLC. I am happy however that they took notice of them as they were as looked over as we were. Still jealous though.

When I feel lonesome for some Kaidan, I usually watch the first part of the meeting on a horizon, up to the hug and then turn it off. Which usually amounts to a minute. Ugh, so sad :(

Oh!  Okay.  Nick, um, its actually hypogastric.  Hypochondriac is when someone always thinks there's something medically wrong with themselves.  But they sound close.

Yeah.  I'm envious as well.  I hope we get DLC also.
I can't stop with just the beginning.  Its still Kaidan.  And I just think his animation is done brilliantly.  You can watch the whole spectrum/progression of what he's feeling.
His walking away is good and bad.  I hate that he's leaving.  But he sure looks good doing it!

Depends on the choice.  Paragon is, "I could use you on my team, Kaidan.  It'll be like old times."

I just watched it on YouTube.  I don't know with the non-romanced version.  But in the romanced version Shepard uses "Kaidan" in her farewell.
Poor Kaidan looks so tired.  Still very handsome.  But tired and sad.  Posted Image

Good morning people.

Replayed ME1 again, starting another playthrough. Missing squadmate banter, especially Kaidan's.

I do the same! And then usually watch 10 Kaidan videos in a row on youtube.

Playing through ME1 again, too (only my second playthrough; I'm still a ME baby) I didn't realize how much I missed.

Kaidan had a cute line during the Thorian part of the Feros mission about the horrendous smell. Also very sweet how concerned he was about Shep after the mind melding incident with Shiala.

I might start Dragon Age Origins this weekend; it looks great....except for its lack of Kaidan. ;)

I find I appreciate Kaidan more with each playthrough.  Ashley too (although I should mention that on the other thread).
If you're starting Dragon Age Origins, might I recommend romancing Alistair (if you want to for one character, of course).  He's not Kaidan, but they're both sweet romances.

So, I'm replaying ME1 to get my "canon" Shepard all setup and ready for ME3. Just imported the save into ME2 and started it up.

Ummm, why the hell is Alenko wearing Ashley's phoenix armor? How did Bioware QA not pick that up???

No idea and we can only assume, they didn't care.

Zevran's romance can be really sweet, too.  But he's an acquired taste and it takes a long time for him to actually realize his feelings.  But he'll sleep with anything immediately.  LOL.

And yeah.  ME2 just doesn't have the banter.  A definite lack.  Even just the adorable little comments.  Like Kaidan and the "bathroom tiles' comment when rescuing Liara.

I wish I knew. I remember playing ME2 for the first time and thinking "No he can't be. He's wearing that!?" I was a little dumbfounded.

I think they built the Normandy death and Horizon scenes around Ashley. The signs of them prioritizing Ashley was in ME1 as well.

I actually romanced Zevran first, and his romance did end up being sweet.  And yeah, he pretty much said he'd go in the tent with my character from the start.

I never got Kaidan's bathroom tile dialogue, unfortunately.  :(  But he had some awesome lines on Noveria.

You know, my first playthrough I didn't notice at all.  I was just like "It's KAIDAN!"  Then he put the mask on with just the little eye holes.  Posted Image  I didn't notice the pink undersuit at all.  But there was odd lighting in that scene as well.

@Brody:  its when you first go past one of those cells on Therrum, IIRC.  But sometimes Kaidan speaks quietly if you aren't like right next to him.

And Zev:  I love how when he finally falls in  love with your Warden his eyes get all wide and innocent looking.  Its adorable.  And when he finally falls for her, he stops hitting on the other women in your party, too, I noticed.  Posted Image

Yep. And this is what makes me very leery of ME3 and any VS dlc that they make. It'll probably end up Ashley centered because it doesn't seem like they've put the effort in to him being a different character from her.

But they are SO different!
I impeach and charge guilty Bioware for being lazy and favoring male players (because the majority of them save Ashley on Virmire). But maybe I'm exaggerating things.
