Hudson was the same guy who said that everyone loved planet scanning. Although some of what he says scares me, it's best to take it with a grain of salt, IMO.
I know that Hudson has let us down so far with Kaidan... but I'll think he'll eventually come around. I mean, he can't ignore our complaints for a DLC forever. Also, add this Forever Faithful banner to your sig to show your support for Mass Effect 1 love interests.
Hehe, I love Indigo's new banner, I just need to figure out a way to fit other stuff in my sig along with it.
As for Casey Hudson's remarks, I have been pretty disgusted by the attitude that statistics should dictate future decisions about the games Bioware makes. Of course they want to make money, but how can they continue to make a quality product if they're so obsessed with pandering to the lowest common denominator? Why have great restaurants if McDonalds is most popular, right? That mindset is just awful, and they should be ashamed to admit it to the public.
How can videogames be taken seriously if they never push the envelope or take chances on ideas that might not seem popular?
And to keep this on topic, let's close our eyes and think of happier times:
Because companies are out to get monnies. Catering to the most/more popular options will make a bigger chunk of people happy than the smaller demographic. Don't even know a thing about Mass Effect 3 itself, so I'm not too worried about whatever has been said.
