My femShep doesn't let Kelly feed the fish (well and on my 1st playthrough she's dead) but I'm up there after every mission to see Kaidan anyway so I may as well feed my fishies.

Well, according to Priestly all LIs are equal. Obviously some are more equal than others.

I loved the LotSB, but I'm a bit disappointed there was no Kaidan/Ashley dossier, it would have been a very small thing that would have made many people happy

Yeah, much like the Anderson and Hackett dossiers, it would have required no voice acting or even using their models, but could have been a little shout out to us fans, or at the very least, hysterically funny, like many of them were.  My favorites were Grunt's and Jack's, but Kasumi's had me laughing out loud...
