Oh!  And Kaidan's biotic flare would be hot.
Its Kaidan.  I want it all--the best that BioWare can do.

I would love that.  Those type of moments with Carth is why I love KOTOR so much.  If we could get that in ME3 with Kaidan... *swoon*

I really don't care for imitating any of the ME2 female love interest scenes, when it comes to Shepard and Kaidan reuniting.  The malien scenes were very tame, and left a lot to the imagination (not even turian and drell chests, Bioware?  Come on!), but as a human love interest who is NOT Jacob, they can do a lot more, in making it sexy and sweet and meaningful all at the same.  At this point in the relationship, if Shepard and Kaidan are together again, they are definitely in love, and should act like it.

Sigh.  ME3 can't come fast enough.

I thought the malien ones were a little too tame/vague.
For Kaidan it just needs to be...more.  To show their deep friendship, not just their lust, but that there's serious passion and chemistry going on.
I agree, TZ.  It should be sexy and sweet--just like Kaidan.

@Sage:  I picked up the snipe rifle on the Collector ship for the first time since Kyrie seems to like it so much.  SWEET!  Love it!

And post-Collector ship/trap, I made my mShep take the renegade dialogue and mouth off to TIM.  It felt good.

Whilie I agree with pretty much everything said. There needs to be Kaidan dlc, it needs to address horizon, and gosh darn it he better not wait until the last mission of me 3 , I've come to the sudden realization that I should not read this thread in a public wi fi area filled with guys. I just caught someone staring. I was like yeah, what? See the necked chick on your screen?

XD!...That happens me often, but in my home...I was on my pc and my mom come to say something...ad she says: 'OHH! now I can see why you don't want to leave the pc', and she said later...He's cute...SO my mom now loves Kaidan too!!

And its been two years for him, I'd like to think his delight at having her back wouldn't allow him to wait so long lol.

And you know I'd kinda be jealous with the Liara romance scene in lotsb if KAsh don't get DLC, because then she's likely to have another one in 3 and I would just feel moany, like we got the short end of the stick again if we don't get a good few sweet times.

It seems too me that since Bioware did Liara's DLC they have no choice but to do Kaidan's (and Ashley's) now. They've been fair in that regard in the past. Each gender gets the same number of romantic options. Two for each in the first and Three each in the second. It would be out of character for Bioware to start picking sides now...



That said, I live in Canada so it'd be a much shorter march for me if they decide to get stupid.

It's funny how they're going for pg13 love scenes in a game that's rated M. Honestly, I think it could have almost scraped by with a T rating if it weren't for the constant f-bombs.

No kidding! I found that very funny. The Liara DLC was just getting steamy when it ended.

While I wouldn't mind a steamy scene (mind? hmm...no)....

I want the relationship to continue more than that. Heck, these two have been through a LOT. Kaidan/Shep needs something that nods to all that.

Well, it is fair to the divide, since Liara does romance both sexes.

... it wouldn't be fair to those of us who like Kaidan and Ashley, but perhaps we are an acceptable loss.

I didn't have a problem with the nudity in ME1--'cause it fit.  I didn't really feel like it was gratitous.
But it was Kaidan pressing Shepard to him when kissing her that I really liked.  And the adorable loving smile he gives her before he rolls her over.  She could have been fully clothed (he should still have shirt off) and it would have been about as good.

I haven't played the LotSB with Liara romanced yet.  My mShep is working hard toward that.  So I don't want to be spoiled.  But for Kaidan DLC, I don't really want him and Shepard to jump into bed.  They need to work things out first and I just don't think that should or could be done adequately in DLC.

I agree that the "night before the mission" think is a bit played.  I would like some romantic resolution earlier in ME3.  Then for Shepard and Kaidan to be together openly on the same squad.  Then at the end Kaidan to propose or there to be a wedding--at least as one of the possible endings (like there were in DA).  I want a HAPPY romantic ending.  I think Shepard and Kaidan deserve it.

yeah, I'm with you. the fan request for Kaidan/Ash DLC has been a lot more than I suspected it would be. and I keep thinking it must be in the works already, actually.

@ jade: i agree. "night before endgame" gets old. ME1, it worked, it really did. not only were you heading into possible death, but you JUST had found out it was necessary to do so alone (the council and alliance backed out on you) and you stole the ship to do so. for my sheps, i had always done virmire last. so shep and kaidan are both reeling from the fact that ash was lost and what that means about their feelings for each other (that kaidan would gladly die to save shep and that shep could not leave him - whatever the reason). so him visiting her make so much sense.

ME2's timing was less...somethin'. you knew the whole TIME you were going to go into the relay, knew it was going to come down to a suicide mission. and then you just activated a geth (or I had) and lost the crew.  so it's just weird that "oh, hey, the crew is facing certain death - let's ****" post-game snuggling make sense, but in ME2, it really felt like it was thrown in there because it fit the game timing, not the story timing. in ME1 (like Jade Empire) it fit the "Before the battle" timing so much better.
