If I remember correctly, Michelle7 wrote a fic that had TIM as Kaidan's father. It's a rather interesting idea.

I wonder if Kaidan is secretly Hackett's son or something.  Doubt it, but some sort of Anderson or Tim or Hackett surprise would be...cool.

Oooh, a plot twist!

Hmmm...maybe not.  Anderson is around 50, or 49 by ME2, I think.  Kaidan is 35.  I'll need to reread Revelation, I think.

EDIT: Revelation covers a scene regarding the First Contact War in 2157.  Anderson was 20.  

TIM might be his daddy.  That I could see.  And he entrusted a baby into a Cerberus operative's care.  Like what happened with Gillian Grayson.

Yes, strength, but also the clearly missing option of Shepard being able to express some sort of emotion besides being angry or pissed off at somebody or something. Although this has been somewhat remedied by LotSB.


I know what you mean about lack of quests regarding the missing colonists.  I think someone also said that ME2 feels a bit like several short stories and I think that there is some truth to that.  The first game had a better story arc (and better writing, in my opinion.)

I'm really looking forward to what's around the bend--especially for Kaidan and Shepard.  I'm hopeful that with the LOTSB content featuring Liara--that something VS related is on the horizon.  Pun intended.  ;)

I can see the gorgeous... but all I can think when I look at him is of the smoking man from x-files... and that takes me back to being 14 with a massive crush on duchovny... and i find every bit of that so disturbing it just takes me out of my game

A. Anderson has a mancrush on Kaidan.

B. Anderson is proud of Kaidan.

C. Anderson is bisexual and has a crush on Kaidan.

D. Udina put it there.

But...why? If it's Ashley, they never would've met before--she always had crap assignments, and he was a pretty high up Alliance officer. And he resigned shortly after the Eden Prime incident. I don't know if Kaidan met Anderson before the shakedown Eden Prime run.

And it would make more sense for Jenkins to be in a picture than the VS. Jenkins died on Anderson's mission. The VS died under Shepard's.
