Wow. I guess there are worse things than Kaidan coming last with the guys!   (I seem to recall there are some gay guys out there who are hoping their ManSheps might have a shot with Kaidan in ME3.  I guess there aren't any who want Jacob...)

It's not surprising though that the most favourite characters are all from ME1. I'm surprised to see Ashley landed in the middle, though.

I wouldn't. I always felt like he was trying to be rude when my Shepards (male or female) tried to get to know him. The many of other characters seemed like they might just be busy. He made it clear he had no interest in talking.

Hmm. Somehow skipped him. I have the average listed now, but not the standard deviation yet. Plus, because I removed the non-verified votes, my sample is over 100 votes less than what XX55XX is using.

I never like the new crew (except for Thane, Legion, Grunt, Kasumi and Samara) I only keep those for ME3 if I could, they and the old characters, Liara, Tali, Garrus, Wrex and of course, our dear Kaidan.

I don't really much care who else is in the squad line up. I just want Kaidan out on missions again. I love the gameplay in ME2. But its hollow without him.



I worry a bit with what they've done with Liara now post-DLC. She's back in the romance and she's in an important position to help Shepard. But does that mean that she won't be able to be a squadmate in ME3 because she has too much important stuff to do as the SB?

I want Kaidan to have a meaningful role and for the romance to continue, but I also want him on the squad and not permanently stationed somewhere apart from my Shepards. I want him by her side again, helping her fight the good fight and lending her his strenth to lean on.

I agree. Given the choice between a status like Liara's and another Horizon (God and Goddess, please don't let that happen!) I'd take the former, but I want him as a squadmate, dammit! There's simply no substitute in terms of getting to know someone and grow close to them for time spent together.

Yeah, but look at the comparative proportions of the two characters (and I know he's a bit more in the foreground).  Kaidan's not a small man.  He's a nice amount larger than Shepard's 5'9" or so.  Mmm...I like that

I want Kaidan as a squadmate. I need him. I will freak out if he isn't. I think Feron can handle things for Liara while she joins the crew in ME3 so at least they have it set up to allow her to leave...if they choose to. I really want Kaidan and Wrex back as my squad for ME3 but I'm afraid they will find some reason to keep Wrex away. Kaidan next to me all the time though...I really miss that. Never realized how attached I was until I lost that. Ugh, BioWare, you better make it up to us.

that is frickin' awesome. i can't get anyone in my family to play games except the hubby, and he's more into starcraft. @ jade: yeah, i'm with you on your assessment of alistair vs. kaidan.

heightwise, yeah, i'm placing kaidan at about 6'1" if shep is 5'9"/5'10" - though the hairbump is certainly a factor there

Again... another reason why I should Cosplay Kaidan.... I'm 6'1".  I don't have a hair bump but that is easily remedied.  And I'm studying nursing.

Shepard is as tall as most men, isn't she? I've always placed her at 5'11ish.
