Sorry this reply is half a day late and a couple pages back.  I try to avoid character-specific forums when I'm on public school computers.  You're right about Kaidan being Biotic God, but this volus (Niftu Cal) who is hopped up on drugs from Samara's loyalty mission is who I was referencing.  I guess Meer did his voice?

So, Niftu Cal is "a biotic god."

Kaidan is The Biotic God.

EDIT: and Jade, your ManShep is handsome!  He looks like Kaidan's rugged brother.

Okay thanks on the Biotic God thing.  I forgot that the volus called himself that.

And no no!  That was Shenzi's.  And she added Kaidan facial textures and scars onto the ME2 face.  But mine looks similar to hers.  We both liked the idea of the stubble beards.  Plus, it helped on mine to hide the fact that he doesn't have Kaidan's sexy lip scars and chin dimple.

Hmm, good question. My first instinct went with a book, but Shepard is more of an adventurous woman than a bookworm as we find out in ME1. I think then it could be some kind of picture to remind her of their times together. Maybe one of the Normandy crew, or the squaddies on Ilos? I'd think Ilos would have great importance for both of them.

i honestly loved the idea that kaidan had nothing to give shepard - and she had nothing to give him. dunno - i could never come up with any sort of gift exchange ideas between them, and somehow, i liked that.

That's a sweet idea. I could see it work.  Brodyaha suggested that Kaidan might give Shepard his omni tool. I love that idea - it's practical yet shows he cares for her.

Kaidan could give my Shep an N7 hoody...and say that he held onto it when he thought she was dead because it smelled like her. And we could unlock a new casual outfit that way. But with the Normandy SR-1 getting destroyed and having to leave in a hurry I don't know where he would've gotten it or stashed it....maybe from her retirement home on Inta'sei or whatever that place is called.

That's how I ALWAYS imagined Shepard getting the N7 hoodie, should we get that type of casual wear in DLC.  Maybe it's actually his hoodie, and he wanted to give it as a memento of better things to come.  FemShep would wear it, it would be oversized, but she'd look so cute in it!

But then again, this idea wouldn't work for ManShep and Ash:
Ash: "Hey Skipper, want you to wear this.  It's my favourite hoodie"
ManShep: "Thanks Ash!"

ManShep: "Uhm... I'll buy you a new one."
Ash: *sigh*
