If you don't have an album, you can create one (see above). Save the screenshots in your album. Then you can copy-paste them into a post.
Banners can be added by going into the "Forum Settings" (top upper right of your screen on the Go/Jump to Forum line). Click on Forum Settings and copy/paste the banner of your choice there.
