I think Horizon gave us the opportunity to rebuild the relationship with Kaidan whether in DLC or ME3,I kind of like the idea of earning his trust and friendship back. That was my favorite part of ME1 the flirting and learning about him, the cute little things he let slip and the anticipation of the love scene. At the end of ME2 over two years has passed a lot could've happened to Kaidan in that time, which should give him more experiences to share with Shepard and hopefully some kind of mission to help him out. Everyone else has gotten one even Liara, if all love interests are equal like they say then they owe us big time.

Anyway that's just me being trying to stay hopeful.

I couldn't agree more. For the lack on Horizon's part I went back to begin yet another play-through of ME1, and I'm falling in love with the man (ahem, Shepard is falling in love with the man) all over again. Learning about him ranks in my top conversations that Mass EffectThe dialogue really makes up for Horizon's failure (even though we're not talking sequential order, here ) and I look forward to completing each main story mission because I know Kaidan will have a closely inspected, educational/caring word to say about it in order to help my Shepard... "You also learn that when someone's special to you, you help them. Try to keep them from making mistakes."

If BioWare has ears here, or just really good writers!, they will implement this into ME3. I feel disposed to have "earned" it, for having left Horizon short of my boyfriend and with a significant emptiness in my heart. But Kaidan will have the perfect position to help Shepard in ME3 - more experience, wisdom, and definitely her best interest in mind.

And speaking of her best interest... hehe! Those too!

Has anyone seen the Kaidan Alenko Tumblr? Granted I haven't really explored Tumblr all that much but from what I've seen it's rather interesting.
