I was wondering if someone could take a look at the ExoGeni guards when you come back with the nerve grenades.

To me it looks like the uniform that the guy in the new teaser trailer is wearing????

If so then I really think that this is about our VS DLC.

All the clues "could" work for that.

We all have said how cool it would be for a trail so we could accomplish two things:

1. Get back in contact with Kaidan/Ashley and

2. Resolve Cerberus /Alliance conflict.

The Clues:

Clue 1. Guy with gun. Who is he aiming at? Where is he? If London earth okay. Could this be Alliance HQ?

Clue 2. The first two barcodes == 55.485 is a "MASS" and -128.5F is a temperature, in Physics an "EFFECT"

Clue 3. Another location? "QR3: http://www.sis.gov.u...me-welcome.html

Secret Service Intelligence (MI6).

Could be reinforcing that this is our DLC. The trial of Shepard. James Bond (Mi6) fought Spectres?

SPECTRE (SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion). Funny twist Cerberus is that. Also London again. Alliance HQ???

Clue 4.

The Clash/The Singles.

Well I would think we had a major clash on Horizon. And singles could be used to mean a DLC so it is not Mass Effect 1,2,or 3.

Anyway Just A Thought!!! and a wish!!!

Even if there's a DLC to resolve Cerberus/Alliance conflict, that doesn't mean the VS will be in it. Hate to rain on the parade, but they could do that.





That being said, I don't see how they could leave the VS out of a C/A DLC.

They could indeed - especially considering how they already left them out of the previous DLCs when they should've been treated like any of the other LIs.

Just wanted to pop in and show some support. I just finished Mass Effect  2 with a character imported from Mass Effect and kept Commander Lady Shepard (hee hee) loyal to Kaidan. It was pretty easy to avoid romances, especially considering that Shepard has been dead for two years and thus feels like she did the day the first Normandy went down.

See, the first time I played ME2 was almost a year ago, and I hadn't played the first game at that time, and went for Thane in that playthrough (since without importing, it's assumed Shep is single - not to mention no Wrex). I had both games all along, but I was a bit intimidated by Mass Effect 1 at first, so I just watched my husband play.

Yeah, the second game was a lot better with the added bits from importing a Mass Effect character. Anyhow, I can't wait to see how these playthroughs make things different in Mass Effect 3. And I do hope there's some kind of DLC about Kaidan/Ashley, because I hate waiting!

As optimistic as I can be, I honestly doubt that the trailer is for anything less than an entirely new game (even if it's a Mass Effect title).  I don't think ME2 or its DLC sold nearly as well as EA hoped it would, which may have put BioWare on the spot.  Even if it did sell well enough, they're not going to release DLC before the PS3 release, because then it'd have to be free for PS3 customers.

Beyond which, I think that, if we get a trailer for VS DLC, it'd be gameplay footage.

@Chig - You really do need to read aPoV if you get a chance.

@Sia - So when are we getting the next chapter of aPoV? (you knew I'd ask that!)
 
And even though this isn't part of Kate's Canon, I took a hug shot of her when I was doing the Horizon hugs for a group of our XBox players.

The, uh, original IP is up to bat.  Kaidan and Avery, Meghan and Garrus (Loved), even Moira, Zevran and Alistair are on hold.    TSP:PR may be the only fic I work on in the near future.

Mmm... nah.  Not wrong.

Although, if memory serves, some NPCs have it, too.  The guy you toss out the window in ME2 has one, it's just been painted in Eclipse Yellow.

I got the impression that the guy might be Cerberus affiliated. The design on his clothing is similar to the design Miranda has on her own. Unless it's just all for people to fume about.
