I do not see the multiplayer element boding well for a well executed final chapter of the story.
And I'm worrying more than ever about Kaidan's role...=(

And though it doesn't say multiplayer, it does give credence to all the rumors that have been flying around. We'll know for certain tomorrow night, but Bioware Montreal is definitely working on a ME multiplayer project...and with this announcement, it just makes sense that this is it.

1) it says Shep is an Alliance Marine (FU Cerberus)
2) it is tagged under Action and RPG. ME2, beneath it, is tagged under Action, RPG and Shooter.

But if they removed the shooter thing maybe it means (if they don't change it when they really allow pre ordering) that we'll have less "run/hide/shoot" to do

Hmm...and according to the product description, we're Alliance Marines! Not Cerberus Lackeys!

That would be an awesome news and a nice surprise! but who knows, maybe the one who put that online screwed the synopsis as well

Well I, for one, am going to let BW get my expectations up and refuse to believe they will let me down YET AGAIN.
I am with you on that one. They already screwed kotor3 for me so I am sure they can't screw ME3

maybe thats how we'll find Kaidan again, helping to find his parents or generally trying to rescue people in that area. Of course we don't know if his mother is still alive though. We really know so little about him. He's an international (or in this case, galactic) man of mysteryJaerWolfe wrote...
Wonder if Kaidan's parents lived through the attack.

I have gone from mild disappointment to unrealistically high expectations and optimism in a very short time.
Goodness knows what kind of emotional rollercoaster I'll be on tomorrow night for the actual announcement. I better stock up on some liquor.

If we lived in the same state, we could hold each other and cry, alternating who holds the box of tissues.

I mean, they wouldn't leave the information intentionally vague so we have to buy it to find out it doesn't interest us, right?

I'm definitely sure ME3 will be mind boggling awesome, but the multiplayer is... disconcerting.
I probably just need some trailer goodness and seeing old faces that isn't Shepard to start gettig pumped up.

Well, at least they'll eventually tell us that Kaidan is or isn't gonna be a squadmate and whether he's got a five minute appearance so we can judge whether he's got a good role in it all or not, right?

We wouldn't know if he has a big role or not but as soon as ME3 is announce I'm sure they'll put it on IMDB with the entire cast so we could at least know if Kaidan is in the game .... But of course they will never ever say if Kaidan has a big role or not, they left him out of trailers and even wallpapers for ME1 (still surprised there is a ME2 wallpaper with Kaidan!?) but I guess if they show Ashley then we know Kaidan's in!

I'm curious if the marketing for E3 will be the same as ME2. I felt like I already knew 70% of the game just by watching trailers.
Unfortunately all game trailers are like that now. Kinda sucks. Even trailers for movies are like that argh

I'm reading every spoiler I can get my hands on so that I won't be disappointed again.
