lol Bioware is known for their shocking plots.  But I don't think they'd go "Star Wars" with that one. But I sure hope something shocking will be revealed in ME3, because I'm still waiting for that

Yeah. I'm thinking maybe I shoulding go fishing for spoilers and teasers so it's even more of a suprise when  it comes out but I've already got friends emailing me links and whatnot. 

The only spoiler I want to know is whether or not Kaidan is back in ME3.  And let's be honest; that little bit of information wuldn't spoil anything!

Only thing I want to know too. I don't mind about the rest, I mean I don't want to know if it's true we'll have to retake Earth or everything. I want ME3 to be a surprise. All I want to be sure of is Kaidan's there, along with my other fav characters. Besides that, the story I want to know it when I play.


But I'm sure we'll know soon enough if Kaidan is in or not. The only thing we'll probably never know is how big is role is  (unless a trailer is out and male Shepard is shown with Ashley a lot, then we'd know lol)

Well, we got the news that Kaidan, Ashley, Wrex and Liara weren't going to be squadmates in ME2 well before the game came out, so I don't see why they couldn't let us know ahead of time again, in order to brace us for disappointment.



Even though Garrus was supposed to be a "surprise" teammate, even before spoilers got out about him, it was pretty obvious he was going to be on the team again, along with Tali. So I guess not having our hopes crushed will be a good thing?

I'm with you on that Chem,  that's the one piece of information I'm looking for about ME3.

Anderson was born in 2137 and Kaidan was born in 2151. So unless Anderson was a teen dad, I'm guessing this is not possible. 

I didn't realize Kaidan was three years older than Shepard. I had always assumed they were the same age.

LOL, that's a fourteen year difference.  It would explain why Anderson would not have been there as a dad, but I'd be raising an eyebrow at Mrs. Alenko...

I could buy related, as in uncle or cousin, but it would be the kind of extraneous information that we don't usually get about characters, especially leading human males.

Wouldn't it be cool, though, if they actually did let us meet some of Kaidan's family?  I think it would help with some of the perceptions that he's boring or one dimensional.
