I probably shouldn't find this as funny as I do.

All I can think is that he should be sympathetic to that.  I mean, maybe I'm weird, but I love left over mac and cheese.

That anecdote has some truth to it.  You should have seen how pissed off I was the first time I walked away from Dragon Age map screen only to come running back in....

lol its about squeezing or kicking     but would be great to have some interrupt in romance dialogs

I was thinking if the Mass Effect movie is based off the first game, Shepard would more than likely be manly man. I'd also guarantee it that Liara would be the LI if romance was included.
That being said, does anything think that Ash and Kaidan would/could be a couple? Virmire aise, I mean.


I know shipping Kaidan with another character is a scary thought, but I think Ash/Kai would be interesting to see.
Compared to other females there, I doubt he'd be ever shipped with Tali. Would seem too off for me.

So, I finished ME1 (for the millionth time) and just imported my Shep to ME2. I'm at the part where she meets up with Joker, and I just realized...Cerberus obviously spent a long time (and a lot of money) making a replica of the Normandy. What would've happened if Shep hadn't died? I'm assuming it takes more than two years to build a ship like that so it has me wondering if Cerberus already had in mind something along the lines of recruiting Shepard.

From what I kow, Cerberus were the original people who pushed for the creation of the original Normandy. I'm sure over time the blueprints were updated.
I could be wrong though, btu I remember reading that..somewhere.

You know, I think I remember seeing a Kaidan/Tali fic when I first started poking around. 

Anyway, I think that if the movie is made, even if it's a FemShep, Liara will be the romance.  And in that case, whoever is the other LI (if included) will be the one to die on Virmire after a short love triangle.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ashley and Kaidan together, but I doubt it'd happen filmwise.  'Cause everyone loves Shepard.

I agree.  I think I sat there staring at my TV for a good twenty minutes the first time I had to make the choice on Virmire.  I love them both to bits, but unfortunately for Ash, I love Kaidan more.

Me too.  Although, it's better that the one die and stay dead.  I have nightmares of them doing some kind of, actually the one you didn't pick was picked up by Saren and indoctrinated and will be leading the reaper charge against you scenario.

I shouldn't laugh at that but

I wouldn't mind if the memory of leaving whoever behind to die haunted Shep. Like a Reaper/Reapers trying to drive her insane?
Who knows how else indoctrination/whatever else the Reapers have up their sleeve work. I'd like a mention from the VS in ME3 about the one who didn't make it though.

When my son saw the trailer for ME3, he said we're going to fight Saren and get Ashley back.  Who knows???  He could be on to something.
