Nope. and on Garrus too with his calibrations I must think of what they could use for the others too tho Back right now im busy rereading all the Kaidan related FF stories (ok, and Cullen's )

Nope, not just you.  I'd love to be able to reference it, as long as it doesn't seem forced.  It's a line that's frustrating, endearing, and incredibly memetic.

I think a lot of it is just to get a rise out of people.  Or at least, I like to think that that's the case.  I can't imagine that people are actually that violent and bitter. 

But you get haters everywhere, in every fandom.  When people feel passionately about some characters, they find ridiculous reasons to hate other characters, ESPECIALLY when it comes to romantic pairings.  I still don't understand that, and I don't know that I ever will.  But I'm over it.  Let people detail ways they would love to have their favorite character/LI kill Kaidan (or any other character for that matter).  I don't have to like it, but it's going to happen.  I'd rather dedicate my time and energy to giving positive support to characters I love than getting upset about people hating those same characters.

How hated was Kaidan in previous forum?

I didn't get Mass Effect 1 until April last year( do to sh*tty PC) so I didn't visit Bioware forums and I heard recently Kaidan was hated a lot.

Forgot "he's emo!!!1' I could have laid down on that one the other day. I guess that could have been 'He's a Carth clone' since people are keen to believe Carth is a emo. Which I think is hilarious since Thane and Carth have the same regret from their past. Dead wife, lost son. One is an assassin who doesn't feel, the other is a soldier who doesn't trust.
I never understood comparing Carth and Kaidan like that, beyond they have the same voice actor. It's like saying FemShep is Bastila clone. Or Anderson is a Julius clone.

Oh well, I have come to the conclusion everyone in the world are morons until they prove otherwise. <_<

I had no idea until after ME2 came out that people hated Kaidan. Which I found bazaar and weird, since me and my best friend (who is straight male) love him. Love interest or not he is one of my favorite characters.

You're completely right, Shenzi - I think the majority doesn't even know why they dislike him and just jumped onto the bandwagon.
