We repelled your forces the last time.
Speaking as an Aussie, its so damn confusing - we use a combination of American english & English english words and spelling, as well as some we invented ourselves, makes spellcheck a real b#tch.

Ehehe, try it as a non-english speaker. I constantly get confused on which word that goes in which type of english, not to mention that my Word gets confused as well.

Then there's the fact that Americans can't tell the difference (usually) between cockney and Australian accents. Thank you Steve Irwin.

No, its us Aussies that don't have accents, well unless you hear us talking with a bunch of Americans. I loved it when Miranda said "she's a bloody icon" - so Orstraylyun (oi, oi, oi) lolDoug84 wrote...

Edit: And NO, Zaeed's accent is completely not real English. I can hardly bear to take the awful man out anywhere because of that voice, I hates it!

You know what, the idea that Kaidan had curly hair didn't agree with me at first - I'm more of a straight hair person. But that picture changes my mind. Oh god, yes...

"Um, like this?"
"Yes! That's perfect!"
"You sure they won't know that I'm faking the accent?"
"Nope. That Hugh Laurie guy fakes the accent when he does interviews for some reason, and nobody calls him on it. You should be fine"
"Okay

Out of interest, does anybody have a Shep who they consider would be a good cook? I've noticed that the trend seems to be towards Kaidan being an excellent chef, and Shep being quite likely to simply blow the kitchen up. My personal Shep can cook one or two dishes that she likes, but is a complete incompetent with anything else.
Random fact I'd like to share: I bought myself a lovely new keyboard with quiet keys, so that I can type late at night without keeping everyone awake, and it's AWESOME!
My Shepard cooks well. She makes a mean seafood paella, and her tortilla espanola is to die for!

There is always time for tea! I bet they had little tea parties every afternoon in the trenches back in the great war. Mud and corpses you say? Pff, they soaked the fungus that had cropped up between their toes and make tea out if it! Okay, maybe that's taking it a bit too far.sapphyreelf wrote...
No tea parties this time?
At any rate, how far in the next game do you think we'll meet Kaidan/Ash again? What's Shep's next move right after the Collector base you reckon? Realistically.

I had an English coworker a couple of years ago. I'd get her to say schedule and aluminium all the time.
I always get foamy mouthed with annoyance when they incorrectly pronounce that word...
