Depends on what the problem the PC is, if she needed to order parts it could take a few days.  If not and it's just wiping the PC and reloading everything that's fairly fast. 

When I had to send my laptop back to Dell for maintenance it was about a week turn around from when I first contacted their tech support to when I got the laptop back from Dell.

Turns out my pc was pretty messed up with virus stuff and whatnot. So just got it back, with Windows 7 (have no idea how it works) so I'm in the process of re-installing everything while reading up on this thread. Luckily I had my Kaidan stuff on a backup.

Missed you too.(no ******) Window 7 huh...I got Vista...liked XP better but when we got our new PC it came with Vista.

We have Dell as well. I don't know anything about that type of maintenance. We usually carry it in locally if it's anything to do with the hardware. As for registry cleaning and defrag and all the other crap I usually do all that stuff myself. Won't even let the thing automatically update. I have to do that myself just so I'll know what's going on. Have had problems with some of the updates before so I'm cautious about it now.

Thanks for the love Okay I caught up...so many lovely pics and have a fanfic I have to read as well. And yes poor boyfriend, I was quite impossible without any form of Kaidan love. Once my pc was hooked up again, first thing I did was load up Bioware Social, I mean who needs a mailbox anyway, Kaidan is so much more important



Lovely photoshopped madness too I see *chuckles* You guys made my day. The pic Sapphyr sent really made me melt...we still have a mop around yes? Anywho I need to go wrestle with all this stuff. Everything was wiped clean and I'm unsure as to how this darn pc works now...I'm the type who needs her pc to work without having to think about all the tech stuff herself



Fancy new Windows layout but confusing as hell...dum de dum. At least I have Kaidan pics to drool over now for comfort *more hugs for all*
