Hypothetical: What is/would be Kaidan's favorite book of all time?

He shows himself to be "a romantic" - to go on adventures to prove himself "to the woman he loves. Or, you know, for justice." So maybe something heroic?

Some thing romantic or something suitably epic where boy rescues girl, clash of the titans story springs to mind, dunno I like the idea of Kaidan rescuing me all tied up ready to be sacrificed to a horrid monster, and I think he'd quite like that to Posted Image

(The idea I mean not me, although I wish me Posted Image)

Well the first serious relationship I was in at 19 resulted in marriage, unlike you lovely ladies however mine was not meant to be , the guy was a ****** anyway expected me to watch tour de france and cack like that didn't appreciate my geek hobbies, sufice to he's now and ex  *shrug*

Makes me a little more cautious about serious relationships, I don't wanna waste another 7 yrs of my life with someone who doesn't really know me.

Ugh...so with all the talk of pie around here, the crappy weather, and my typically insatiable appetite, I decided, that despite my ongoing feud with kitchens, maybe, just maybe, we could get past hotilities long enough for me to make a nice apple pie.

I wasn't even being overly ambitious. It was a pre-made frozen job.

Well, all I can say, is at least my husband got to it before it caught fire.

I'm back, everyone! My last skating lesson for the year, at least in the ice arena on campus. Guess it's the Portland Ice Arena for Chelsea from now on.

I would figure Kaidan might be the sort to enjoy a good Sci-fi book if he was alive today... but do they even have such a thing in the Mass Effect universe? *Head explodes at the thought of science fiction within science fiction*

It's when I hear stories like that (A friend of mine filled the house with smoke when she cooked rice once, for example) that I thank whatever gods/spirits/whatever that might be around that I haven't had any of that kind of incidents yet. Probably just a matter of time though. Mmm, will need Kaidan around with a fire estinguisher I believe...<_<

Hehe....no but I did get a hug out of it.  My husband finds it ridiculous that I can build a computer from the ground up, field strip every weapon we own, but when it comes to something as simple as frozen desert, well... let's just say disaster generally ensues.

*shakes head*

Let's see, at this point, I have the following kills to my name.  An oven range, two microwaves, my mom's entire kitchen when I was growing up, and a campfire.  The last one counts because we were using it to cook on as well.

Posted Image

This time I'd say I got off lucky.

EDIT: Oh and a chemistry lab...but that was kind of on purpose.

I did actually and suprisingly quickly so fairly painless!  I also got some Pick n Mix strawberries which I'm munching on now, double WIN!

Re the dress, I'm not normally a fashion gal but I have to say it looks awesome!  It's purple, fitted round the boobs, but low cut and then flows out, if I say so myself, I look very sexy in it Posted Image

Now can I be arsed curling my hair?

As for the guy, I've dealt with it now, it was 2 1/2yrs ago, lol @Sesh, there is always the silver lining I suppose, it could have been much much longer!

Yeah, but in the Mass Effect universe that would be considered history, not sci-fi

I would think that as long as they haven't discovered everything that there would be something to write about in the realm of science fiction.

Never a waste - every mistake lets you know what not to do or fall for the next time. Don't be so hard on yourself. There's no such thing as the perfect fit; it's always a work in progress and sometimes you don't end up in the same place. That doesn't invalidate 20 years of your life. And it means you are ready when someone who DOES see you for who you are in all your unique wonderfulness comes along. Not to get all Oprah here, but just wanted to say it.

I'm assuming it's Chem's pie but I keep looking at it and it looks like an oreo.

If I hadn't already assumed it was the pie I would have been wondering waht it was, but you're right it does look like an oreo
