Ugh...so with all the talk of pie around here, the crappy weather, and my typically insatiable appetite, I decided, that despite my ongoing feud with kitchens, maybe, just maybe, we could get past hotilities long enough for me to make a nice apple pie.

I wasn't even being overly ambitious. It was a pre-made frozen job.

Well, all I can say, is at least my husband got to it before it caught fire.

Poor chem
Do you at least still have the cream?Posted Image

Hehe....no but I did get a hug out of it.  My husband finds it ridiculous that I can build a computer from the ground up, field strip every weapon we own, but when it comes to something as simple as frozen desert, well... let's just say disaster generally ensues.

*shakes head*

Let's see, at this point, I have the following kills to my name.  An oven range, two microwaves, my mom's entire kitchen when I was growing up, and a campfire.  The last one counts because we were using it to cook on as well.

This time I'd say I got off lucky.

EDIT: Oh and a chemistry lab...but that was kind of on purpose.

Lol, Chem you're a muppet!  A lovable if slightly  scary muppet but a muppet all the same!

Muppet?

Well I only wear makeup when I feel like it, hence why I keep forgetting I wear it at times. I'm not the girlie girl type but I have my moments :)

I wear makeup basically every day... but it's pretty light. I'm very fair skinned, so it helps to put something around my eyes to make them stand out a little bit more. It's a simple routine so it doesn't take me very long.

Doug must be loving the thread today, stories about tampons and makeup. Where else can it go from there.

Or when you're CURLING your eyelashes and can't keep from sneezing.

THAT's fun.

(I wear powder, eyeliner and mascara regularly. Allergies don't allow for anything else.)

It's a mission... to the Salon! Or... the mall! Hmmm but my Shepard has the tendency to shoot anything that *squees* like a tween girl. This will be a tricky mission indeed.

Ah, true - I didn't see he said specifically 'a DLC mission'.

Not sure - maybe its a mission to visit Kaidan on the citadel, if you know what I mean? *waggles comically large eyebrows*

Kelly: Shepard, you have a new message at your private terminal.

*Shepard walks over and opens a "Mission ciritical" message*

To: Shepard
From: Admiral Hackett, Fifth Fleet

Commander,
Something has come to our attention, and you're the only person that can get it done. One of your former crew, Kaidan Alenko is on the Citadel. Word is that he hasn't been with a woman in over two years since you died. Reports say that he has become increasingly irritable. This cannot go on, Shepard. He needs to get laid, and soon.
I'm uploading the coordinates of a shop that you can purchase fuzzy handcuffs, flavored lotions and a sexy outfit. We will be forwarding a sum of 3,000 credits to your account so that you can best prepare for this mission.
Thank you for taking the time to do this for us. I know you work for Cerberus now, but you are absolutely the only person for this job.

Good luck, Commander
-Hackett

:lol::lol::lol:

Epic. Win.

Actually, that movies scared me when I was a little kid.

"You have no power over me!"

It probably was David Bowie that scared me.

I wear it once a week...I don't do my nails...and I cut and color my own hair(cause I like to experiment...although lately I'm in a rut...you get older and there are some hairstyles you can't wear).

Same goes for me. I'm so bad at putting makeup on that my little sister has to help me. Took a lesson once in how to put on the perfect makeup, but then I forgot to practise. Luckily for me my sister is my polar opposite, she is really good at it.

Well they both had equal screen time, so it was hard to tell.  Can't believe that movie was rated for kids.:o

Hahaha...the last time I wore make up was for my wedding...and I didn't put it on myself.  I don't and never have had my ears pierced.
