So, yeah, he might not like Cerberus, and certainly doesn't trust them, but so long as Shep is with them, he's happy to make the most of it and use their guns, tech, weapons, etc, because he's using it to make the Universe a better place...

Yup, actually. Hopefully without the whole 'corrupt and slavery' thing, but the idea would be very Garrus.
