Well, it's a Kaidan moment because I am having to caution them about cutting corners in some of their duties. Suffice to say, the bit that made me have to take this moment was because one of them in an effort to speed up a task almost cost us commission on tens of thousands of dollars.

The difference is that your minions are most likely younger than you. Mine are all older. (Hooray for college degrees!)

I do not miss those types of minions.  (I taught 8 year olds for a year.  Longest year EVER.)

It is not that much fun:( All the responsibility for them and being blamed for when they do not perform as required. And most of us are not allowed to torure them anymore. or in my case even crtisize them too much.
