Oh dear...not doing well this morning. I only managed about five minutes of work before coming to read the thread. I blame it on abrupt departure last night. Does anyone else have this problem where your other half goes to bed, and then ten minutes later reappears complaining that he can't sleep and it's all your fault? I have a new quiet keyboard and a headset and I even made a real effort not to talk at my screen... *rant, grumble, complain*

Anyways...

@Doug: I'm the wicked witch of the (south-)west, am I? *amused* Well, it is true that I don't like small yappy dogs - not that they scare me, per se, they're just....yeuch. Cats are much nicer.

@Sia: I get that too! I started going grey at 14, now I'm 27 and I'm all salt-and-pepper. My natural colour is dark chestnut, so I just dye my hair a slightly more reddish shade of that. I actually can't wait until it goes fully grey - the parts that are still dark don't take light colours well, but I have really pale skin and blue eyes, so I'm going proper redhead as soon as I can!

Goodmorning All. I was wondering what song do you think should be playing for when Shep and Kaidan meet again? I image it should be something gentle wit may be a hint of sadness for some reason but can't think of a specific song.

Depends on the situation, I suppose. Not really familar with enough romatic type music to say myself.

I have a slightly bizzare image in my head of a zero-g meeting with moonlight Sonata playing as they 'swim' towards each other and hug.

That is actually a very nice image but yeah I guess it would depend on the situation. May be they will meet during a shooting and that would require very differnt music:blush:.

Oh, I've got an idea - Maps, by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs...maybe?

Edit: "Wait, They don't love you like I love you"

Edit2: Still Alive (from Mirrors Edge, not Portal ;))

"Now I'm here to rescue you" - useful if she has to pull his ass out of the fire

And one for the resident Brits here. Today I had a mental image of the BBC show 'The ONE Show' being presented, due to its title, by hanar...I fear this is not normal.=]:pinched:

This one feels that nekkid Kaidan would make this one feel better about being mad...

*chuckles* I hadn't thought of that before - "This one's show" Thing is, can they replace the bloke with a Hanar and get away with it :D

Several songs come to mind. But I'll pick the one I've been listening to for inspiration. Oddly enough the song is called Farewell by Apocalyptica ;) Mostly because I do believe the reunion could be a bit...tense. Just try listening I would say :) Doesn't fit the general music style of Mass Effect though, far too dramatic

Raw emotion.

Indeedie! I should really try and get to know some of this stuff, heh - my music library... not so romantic in general - unless you count those songs I mentioned, heh

Edit: Also, I'm back trying google chrome again - anyone else having an odd bug on the edit screen? The scroll bar only seems to go half way down the panel at first.

Wouldn't call Apocalyptica romantic though, they have some gorgeous stuff...but they are a metal band nonetheless. Just replace guitars with cellos ;) Gosh I love em.

Two Steps from Hell - Undying Love or Fill My Heart or Infinite Legends

True enough, but that track was powerful and emotional. I don't think I have any pure instrumental stuff like that, aside from the soundtrack to DA:O and to Sins of a Solar Empire.
