Dad's retired Alliance.  No mention of dead or alive but I'm going to assume alive.  Never talks about his mother or whether he has siblings as far as I know.

I loved the conversation in the second vid (yes, I know, ladies.  Don't pod me for actually having tried the Jacob romance once just to see)  The first one didn't do too much to change my opinion of the Jacob romance.
