Yes he does say that actually. He does fine Asri actrive. However, he likes the advuntreious types, so Liara wouldn't be on top of list, but he does like Arsi's.

Yes he does. I think Kaidan thinks Liara is pretty, but she isn't his type. It's just playfulness that has him say "I saw her first," as well as a  bit of male rivalry  if he says it only if you're male shepard. The extranet fetish site is just him saying something with implications that he didn't realize before hand, not much else. It is funny though.
