okay, just logged on ME2 and saw that new weapon. While I am a female gamer and it does make me happy I sincerely hope that wasn't the DLC they were all refering to.

If you mean the one about fem-Shepard, then I think it was the Kasumi DLC that it was refered to.

I also noticed that the bathroom in the mirror works.  I was amused.

Silly bathroom, wanted to take a shower in it. Darnit I really need to play Mass Effect but have to go through DA first, all my saves are gone. FF has been tossed aside till I'm ready to face the colourful world of teens with swords and guns

It frustrates me to no end that I'm not compelled by these new characters. Like Thane? As soon as I say, "Well, hey... go make some friends. You don't have to be alone," he's suddenly done with me.
