I may have to comment on the calender when I get home Doug. My work laptop is getting a bad glare currently, and the white/grey fade around the Kaidan pic is a bit harsh looking to me. But I can't discount this crappy laptop being the problem.

You might to consider getting rid of the rainbow gradient. It competes with the photo.

*design student nerd warning* Just consider what you want the viewer to see first, then second, then third etc. (my profs call this the 'hierarchy of information')

Plain white or blue, actually Doug. I can't stand that rainbow look anyway. But I wasn't going to say anything.



As far as work goes, I have reports to correct and filing to do and I'd much rather be hanging with my imaginary friends.

I'd definitely go with white or a nice soft gray. (The gray may be better against some of the darker pic backgrounds)

I know you asked, but I was probably going to be one of the few who didn't download it since I share my PC at home with my husband.

I don't know how this post is going to look... the quotes are awkward...

Just keep the bottom white; I might suggest picking a more subtle blue for the month bar as well. It stands out a bit too much, you know?
