Maybe we could get Leliana to do Anora's hair up with some of those little birds she mentions in a conversation.  Then we simply point out her new hairstyle to Shale.  

Warden:  "Look Shale, what do you think of Anora's new look?"

Shale:  "Birds!"  *thwomp*   
Warden:  "Two birds, one stone (golem)"

True! I suppose the same is true of men, though less likely to actually have to deal with it. 

I guess the bottom line is there is the option of kids but not the desire fo it:)
