Yes!

The first Evanescence album.  The second one is all depression and drug addiction and break up angst and not the good kind.

That's the only full album I can recommend.  The rest are just songs that I've considered telling my husband to play in the same situation.

I don't have much classical. It's a mix of some Apocalyptica and piano pieces and some sad Celtic pieces.

Fallen is the first one.  Then Amy whatsherface broke up with that guy from Seether and made a an Alanis Morrisette album.

It was still a good album, just doesn't have that female action hero awesomeness of Fallen.

Ugh I'm back. Turns out that the power brick/adapter box thing for my netbook cord is known for being faulty, but may work again if you stick it in the freezer for a little bit. Weird.

I cannot write without Fallen and Metallica's Black Album.

Both are good ones. I have found that I have to put together individual playlists for each character/setting normally. Some of the music may overlap but there are songs that I hear that just fit the way I hear things in my head. But I'm an audial person. Which is why I  Sbarge and other awesome VAs.
