Geez, I go away and immediately the topic of conversation went right back to Kaidan. Figures.
I like the idea of Liara having an unrequited crush on my Shepard that led her to finding her body. It's tragic in a way. I don't want her to suffer or anything, but it adds depth to her story.
I think Kaidan and Ashley were both deliberately created in a way that would appear to be mixed ethnically, so that different people would see them as different races. The future will blur the lines between races, so it makes sense.
And yeah, Kaidan is a man of action, not so much with the poetry. He reads space adventure books, not Whitman.
Dragon Age: Awakening is giving me a tummy ache. Seriously. I want to know who I can complain to about that.
I do think Liara's actions are very fitting for her character, and give her some depth, but I just want there to be
consequences in how the party reacts to her in the next game. This obviously makes the point that I want squad interaction and a return of the ME1 LI's in the next game... pretty please?
Rather than goofy drunken singing, I think he'd be more likely to make Shepard wait while he dug through whatever the future has instead of I-Pods to find the perfect song he'd heard and play it for her. And yes, footrubs seem quite in character.
I like space adventure books. And now I want a footrub.

Thanks Fort.
