I don't think Cerberus would have been able to convince Kaidan that giving over Shep's body was the right thing. He doesn't trust them, so he would never trust them with her body - no matter what glittering promises they make.

I agree, I alkso think that some of the others- maybe Garrus would have done the same thing as Liara - their loyalty is with Shepard and not the Alliance or the Council and they are not above using whatever means necessary to get the job done.

I think only Garrus would. Tali distrusts Cerberus so I don't think she would have done so. Honestly, I think Wrex wouldn't either. I think he would respect that she fell as a warrior and wouldn't try to change that.

Now Joker, Joker I could see doing it, but then again, I see Joker as suffering from alot of guilt for Shep dying to begin with.

Agreed. Kaidan would never have let Liara give Cerberus the body, no matter how much he wanted her back. She knew this, so she didn't tell him. She also knew that Shepard might not have made that choice either, no matter what comforting words Shep says on Illium.

Loyalty power? Who knows. Maybe a full forced biotic kick? =p

And a Kaidan loyalty mission?  Now that I'd like to see.  I wonder what it would involve?  Maybe dealing with Rahna in some way shape or form?  Or giving Cerberus hell.  Even better
