I played through ME2 a few times and never saw any reference to a funeral.

Yeah, that's a really beautiful piece, and SO SAD.  I can totally imagine Liara being the one to openly cry during the funeral/memorial service.

They do all seem appropriate in-character devastated.  Even Wrex looks upset.  *sniffles in sympathy*  (Though I think Joker's expression is my favorite.  I seem to be all about Joker lately... )

That voice! The actor's been on Broadway, there's some YouTube clips of him as Javert, I believe, and Captain Hook.  Hahaha, and, yes, Casavir is a little too obsessed with Wells.  Berelinde's mod is wonderful, though, she gave him a personality! Plus, I just love having people fighting over me!

I loved Carth's sense of humour, and I think I'd probably have ranked him higher if I found him more attractive. I like the sweet, serious guys. I actually liked Disciple in KOTOR2 a lot, but...he was very unfortunate looking. I installed a mod that made him much better looking on my second playthrough of the game, and then seeing a screen cap of the original him a while ago made me cringe!

Re: Sky, I've only played through JE once, and enjoyed it and his romance (he's easy on the eyes too)! Maybe I'll have to do a Closed Fist playthrough to see how he gets.

Kaidan remains my ultimate favourite, though, this has already been said, but he's sweet, mature, and sensitive (but not whiny). And of course super hot, arms, pecs, rrrawr, etc etc etc.

Hmm is a tough choice to rate the different LI's. kaidan has no competition, althoug Alistair is a close second. I had a thing for Bishop, especially with some of the mods in NWN2.

Unfortunate looking...heheh..yeah Disciple didn't do much for me. So much wrong with Kotor2
Like Cas, I love how Kaidan is just more mature. I think I'm too old to romance boys in my games, I'm done handwalking them through relationships.

Kotor2....is um..well...it could have been good. So much content is cut from that one that it really damaged the game in a lot of ways. While enjoyable, it's nowhere near as good as the original.

The main story line is good, and it's the closest thing you'll ever get to romancing Han Solo (Atton Rand).  BUT all the subplots are unfinished, including the romances.  And Disciple is my bar for crappiest male love interest EVER.

I liked Casavir, and I liked his looks, voice, and the fact that he was mature, but his back story was really incomplete as written...I still am bitter about NWN2, though, so that colors my perception. I couldn't believe they would stoop to "rocks fall, everyone dies" after KOTOR2, and they destroyed any good will from Mask of the Betrayer by creating Storm of Zehir...yech. I don't think I'll be buying Alpha Protocol, it sounds like it's had the same sort of troubles all Obsidian games have.



Also, I had an idea for a Shepard memorial service fic, but I think I'd need to read up on military memorial services, I would want it to be realistic.

That's a really gorgeous picture. The expressions are.. amazing.

I've been toying around with the idea of writing something about a memorial/funeral for Shepard, more specifically one with a cameo from Shepard's mom, but I'm unfortunately not much of a writer. *Snorts*

Other than that, I've been seriously tempted to do some ME2 comic, mostly just get me to practise more at angles, expressions and positions.

I don't know about Alpha Protocol either, seems like a fun idea to make it real time, but you can't be female? I have a real hard time playing rpg games if i can't play it as a female.

Not a fan of Obsidian either, because of Kotor2 and NWN2. Glad they didn't do ME2 (for some fictive reason BW went bankrupt or something). My word, what would Obsidian have done to Kaidan?

No, don't think that way Jho...Kaidan is safe with Bioware...he is....
