True, dat. Also, proximity. The medbay was super close to where Kaidan used to hang out. And Ash was always way down on the engineering deck. I miss Kaidan loitering outside my cabin on the Normandy. Like so much.

At least on the Normandy SR1, he had the pretense of "I'm working" at that station. Now, he'd be loitering outside our room on a deck that composes just of our cabin and a mini-foyer. What's his excuse then?

  I would have liked to make the following points to Kaiden ~
-That, as far as "I" know, the original Normandy was destroyed about a month ago. 
-That because it was Cerberus that resurected me doesn't mean that "I" have changed.  If I had felt that I had another option, I'd have jumped for it.  (In truth, my Shepard would have jumped the Cerberus ship ASAP, but since that is not an option, I'll leave that aside)
-I've been trying to contact him since I "woke up", but that even Anderson wouldn't let me get a message to him.
-If he's going to still throw the "I don't know who you are anymore" in my teeth, I'd want to respond with, "Garrus and Tali trust me, despite the fact that they have even more reason to hate Cerberus then you and I do. They are willing to give me the benifit of the doubt, why aren't you?"

@ Fort I love that sneak peek! I always wished I could have more interaction with Tombs for my Akuze survivors; can't wait to see what you do with your fic next!

About Chakwas not reacting to Horizon, I actually, sadly, never realized that she didn't have anything to say. I remember talking to her afterwards, but the timing was right when I brought her brandy in my first game, so it went unnoticed. Then in my other playthroughs I just failed to notice it althogether. That seems like a missed opportunity for what could have been interesting dialogue.

And could someone please send me the new sekrit pic?

Now that I'm back from Kai-er, my bunk , lemme add my two cents from a few pages back:

I loved winding Carth up - hell I think that's almost more of the reason I fell for that character, awesome voice notwithstanding! I really hope in ME3 we get more of a chance to tease Kaidan (b/c yes, flustered Kaidan is both 'aww' and 'hot' at the same time - how does he pull that off??), but I won't mind at all if he starts teasing back - a little bit wouldn't be out of character, I think. Please to be letting us wind Kaidan up a bit in 3, kthx?

It's probably because some part of my brain wants him to threaten to turn my Shep over his knee (ala Carth in KOTOR)

gah...   You broke me brain.  In a good way.  And yes, expanded dialogue, teasing, etc.  should all be in 3!!  Or I will stalk out to Edmonton and .... *suddenly remembers I am the least scary person on the planet*  cry at Bioware?

Wow. I'm so glad to hear about Carth Onasi again. I remember having flashbacks from KOTOR while playing ME1 and I just like keeping that feeling alive. Here's to Carth love:wub:
