Nope, femshep gets it too. But to maleShep it can be seen as a compliment. But to a femshep romancing Jacob is an outright insult.

I was speaking to a friend about it, and it was his opinion that what Jacob meant in the "Miranda deserves a better man" was in the sense of "genetically engineered to be better man" because she is so into the "I am genetically engineered to be better" way throughout the game.
Also what Jacob says about button pushing is after all the smecksy talk, he says- you have been pushing my buttons all this while. Last chance to return the favor. Epic fail line for sure...but
I thought it was in character. FemShep does come on reeaaaaaalllllyyyyy strong with Jacob- irrespective of whether you want her to or not. So here your PC is having spoken provocatively, said all sorts of...strange odd things and when he finally lands up, she says- oh no I ain't interested.
However, Jacob as a buddy is awesome. I liked his bro hug. I wish I didn't have to put up with the tone and manner of Almighty as she talked to him.
Jacob: Hello Shepherd. You need something?
Almighty: I just felt like ***ing for a bit. Oh did I say ****ing? I meant TALKING. Of course. [purrs.]

Then again, it is things like this that make you appreciate the saner folk. Sure Kaiden only wished to talk about his ex and about work, but he was sweet. I always have a spot spot for the shy ones.
