I wasn't complaining about the pic I was complain about how he says it not rape it just surprise sex. That is rape when the other person doesn't want to have sex.

I'd advise against trying to rationalize with Jake... he's different.

Laugh at his expense or ignore him entirely. He'll add some good convo here and there, with bad convo in between. Then eventually he'll go away.
