Arg! Jealous! I've been struggling to get KotoR working with a resolution that doesn't hurt my eyes. Have fun!!
(On a side note, my brother always refers to Kaidan as Carth - especially after Horizon, hehe. "I trusted you!")

I was playing KOTOR yesterday, and I just got to taking my tests on Dantooine.  I remember why I never romanced Carth before now.  Our last three conversations went like this:

R:  Carth, can we talk?
C:  No, I don't trust you!!!

and then my options are basically:

1)  We need to trust each other.
2)  Why should I trust you if you don't trust me?
3)  You don't trust me?  You suck!

It wouldn't be so frustrating if my character weren't a saint who has been giving away all their credits to random idiots with bounties on their heads, and saving Ithorians from mean children.  At this point, there's no good reason for Carth to be *this* suspicious, and honestly, even if he does have these feelings, who actually says "I don't trust you" to someone they don't know very well, but have to work with?  And then says it repeatedly, in every conversation, when that person is basically just asking how Carth is doing.  It's very frustrating.

I'm going to continue with his romance, but I realize now that I must have just stopped talking to him in my first game and ended the romance because of all these initial "I don't trust you" conversations.  I've never gotten the Dustil quest, so hopefully I don't screw things up this time and get to see it.

And anyone who calls Kaidan "Carth" or thinks they're alike is on crack.  Even when he feels betrayed in the second game, Kaidan has a valid reason and apologizes afterwards.  Ugh.

Oh, and good morning everyone!  I see I missed DragUdina...wow...

Hello everyone, finally did some catch up.
I saw that there was discussion on Shepard and babies yesterday. I  think in one of ME books they said that women no longer have to start their families before 40ties, and that they can have a health child when they’re 60 years old. So Shepard still has a lot of time for babies. My Shepard for sure will wait with family - there are so many interesting things to do. And as a Spectre with her own ship I believe she will be able to choose her own team. So she won’t get separated with Kaidan again.
And I love the Udina picture, I actually like him better this way - he doesn’t ****** me off when I look at him.

But Kaiden has better looking armor in ME 2 >

He just looks cooler and is better written imo, much more sympathetic character.

These choices should happen more often.

Every caracter is awsome if you set there skill's right, and it also helps what class you are, Kaidan is useful for a soldier class biotics and tech, Ash is useful if you need more firepower if your a adept, vanguard ect. Obveoulsy i picked Ash as she is my favourite caracter, but Kaidan is awsome.

Every character is awesome that is something I agree with. Some drunken Idiot came to my house at 12:00 midnight, and scared my sister which pissed me off big time.

Every caracter is awsome if you set there skill's right, and it also helps what class you are, Kaidan is useful for a soldier class biotics and tech, Ash is useful if you need more firepower if your a adept, vanguard ect. Obveoulsy i picked Ash as she is my favourite caracter, but Kaidan is awsome.

Kaidan is a great compliment to a Vanguard actually. Throw him and Wrex or Liara in a team with a Vanguard and the biotics will destroy just about anything.
